Thanks for posting, Allison! This is week 2 of social distancing for me. I had been working almost non-stop for two months, and now everything has stopped (I’m a voice teacher who also works in tourism. There’s not much work I can do right now). The first week was awesome. I really needed the rest. Today I was starting to feel down, so I’m really thankful for your positive encouragement. 😊

That’s EXACTLY how I feel about coffee too. Some days by 2-3 if I hadn’t had any yet and it’s been a hectic day, I might get a little headache but also in those cases I probably just need water too actually. Thinking of getting my coffee in the morning actually helps me go to bed sometimes too 😂

Not to correct you Allison, but even though the steak knife does the job, technically Brandon is right in using a santoku. It's ideal use is vegetables and fruits. However, when removing the flesh from the skin, a paring knife would be best. I'm a chef, just wanted to help.
