Bartinoob Honestly, a year ago I would have agreed with you, but now there's so many broken decks, especially in Wild, that Jade Druid really doesn't seem all that bad in comparison.
Bad Wulff Wild Jade’s the one top-tier control deck in wild iirc. It has some of the best removals in the game (Poison Seeds + Starfall, Mulch), and had been tier one in Wild since it was a thing. It’s even better than it was when it was in Standard, with meh in terms of competition (with Poison Seeds ruining Big Priest and Naga-Giants). I reckon it’s still insanely good, but Dane’s matchup was more of a payoff in terms of end game as well as never really falling off in terms of power later into the game :p EDIT: looked at TempoStorm’s meta snapshot to double-check; now that Cubelock (one of Jade’s difficult matchups) has been nerfed, I reckon Jade Druid will jump to Tier 1. Just my guess, though.
that jade druid couldn't have won at all...no matter what he could have done if he couldn't remove the cthun or really the blade he was just going to lose eventually xD (to 1/1s no less)
Inspire the Liars I'm not sure he would have lost if that happened. He already had a 40 attack c'thun, so unless the druid also made more than 16 health from minions and armor he could just play the c'thun and win. And if he played more than 16 health, Dane still had 3 blade of c'thun at his disposal.
Watches the video, gets inspired and decides giving it a try and then the fun begins... even paladin....odd paladin....tempo mage.....odd rogue......OMG insanely fun
Going to update the deck after Rastakhan Rumble comes out? I am going to build this to have some fun. I made a budget version of C’Thun Rogue when I first started playing. Haven’t played it since last year. :)
Hello Dane, i have created a Warlock wild deck and i would like to see how you manage it or what changes would you made to it. I dont have all the cards so i would like second opinions. Thanks.
Hey dane, just wondering if it's possible for you to set up a C'Thun deck for hunter where you run Emeriss. Of course it's not going to be the biggest C'thun yet, but it should be fun.
It occurs when you play a big minion (usually 7+ cost), which would normally cause a temporary imprint, but immediately cancel the minion, so the imprint isn't cancelled and stays on the board.
I don't even play in wild, but I started wondering, how would someone defeat the brann-shadowcaster combo? Not play minions once they have a board full of 1/1 -s and pray you have the right spells to win?
Hey man, next time heal the jade golems before you blade of c'thun them, it's an extra 4 hp on your c'thun every time and most turns you had 2+ mana to spare. You c'thun could have had +10/15 hp, and making your c'thun as big as possible was the purpose of this vid right? :P
Interestingly a 17:11 if the druid started just hero powering and passing, he would have won completely locking dane out of the game... Then again if he could think outside the box he wouldn't be playing jaids druid
wouldnt be able to do it tho, Baku warrior doesn't really run enough high end stff to grow the C'thun that much at certain point he'd just rely on whirlwind effects and ragnaros shots from the hp.
Are we going to talk about how cool that druid was? I bet he kept playing only to see how big that C'Thun would get
He is playing jade druid, he can't be cool no matter what he does :p

Missplays aren't cool he could have won at many points but he kept killing the 1/1s that fill the board
that jade druid couldn't have won at all...no matter what he could have done if he couldn't remove the cthun or really the blade he was just going to lose eventually xD (to 1/1s no less)
reeper is da man, didnt concede
But then again, he's playing Jade Druid, so that knocks him back down to a neutral state
Daniel Godlovsky i would have, for 3 turns dane did nothing but bm'ing
I think he kept playing because he wanted to see how big c'thun could get. That's why every turn he would play more Jade golems
Ayzev I would agree back in Jade Druids prime, but now it's just another deck tbh.
been a while since the last shadow caster deck
14:00 it scared me when you ended your turn with only 1 shadowcaster in hand
Same!! If the druid noticed that and swiped or killed down the remaining shadow casters on board. Dane would've lost right there.
Inspire the Liars I'm not sure he would have lost if that happened. even paladin....odd paladin....tempo mage.....odd rogue......OMG insanely fun
lad with cheeky deck destroys ol' m8 like the absolute madman
Love your shadowcaster decks
A detail of c'thun battlecry. He can only hit 100 points of damage no matter the attack beyond that, so with brand he can only do 200 of damage
I would love to see an emeriss c’thun deck
VladiMaster this man knows how to meme
C'hum emerged from my deck when I was playing with my dragon eggs.
Id like to see that, except the turn before cthun, play 1/1 emeris and shudderwock
Just a casual 348 damage C'Thun turn.
Still not enough for old style control warrior.
He could've gone higher
Props to that druid for feeding his cthun
Ah, the Great Dane is back... Woof!
5:38 druid are u ok?
LOL
No mercy for scarab traitors!
I used to play various Reno/old god rogue decks so much and try to make it work. Was always fun. Thanks for the video.
Keep doing what you're doing man, I love your vids
youre the best dane, it is always fun watching you going crazy with those decks :PP thx for your work

5:44 What was the point of attacking at all? or did I miss something because of the editing

Love that video where Kripparian makes the biggest C Thun in Ranked History. This is madness.
Reminds me 1st day of gadgetzan, when I played this deck exactly to counter jade druid and queued against in 1st. He was completely destroyed :>
Is this deck still avaible or there are some much better options?
The Green Bastard from parts unknown, Cory and Trevor get the fuck in the ring.
I have never seen Balde of C'thun played ever, and I thought it looked pretty good, so it was nice to see this video...
Trailer Park Boys!? Dane I thought I loved you before for the memes.. but you know about the boys :)
Im staying subbed for life
C'Thun's Battlecry has a hard-coded limit of 100 hits.
Does anyone notice the strange blue card imprint at 18:40
First appears at 16:57 when he cancelled the blade of cthun is that a consistent bug? Any wild players feel like testing it?
It occurs when you play a big minion (usually 7+ cost), which would normally cause a temporary imprint, but immediately cancel the minion, so the imprint isn't cancelled and stays on the board.
i think c'thun rogue will stay my favorite deck for a long while.
if i ever see dane in wild i'll be sure to stay tune and watch how i get rekt by some amazingly crazy deck
Good ol' Dane deck
Ah, the good ol days 💛
To be fair some run idol just as anti-mill tech card
Cthun eats the Jadey Bunch.
So..................beautiful..................should have sent a poet.
The way to 1 up this deck, is to shadowstep your c'thun, make 1/1 copies of that and then destroy the c'thun over and over again
Nice deck🔥🔥
Dane's only gone and bloody done it! :O
Blade of c'thun is insane against jades.
man pls put in ur vids description ur twitch channel
I don't even play in wild, but I started wondering, how would someone defeat the brann-shadowcaster combo? Not play minions once they have a board full of 1/1 -s and pray you have the right spells to win?
when the brann-shadowcaster combo is set up, the only way to win is probably having a combo of your own
Book of wonder + togwagle into opponent book casting cataclysm 👀
don't be slow and apply pressure throughout the game
Zénó Pusztai it's a lot harder to put together then Dane makes it look and a lot slower. Any fast deck destroys this most of the time
@@ARaider510 I'd say Valeera makes it abit more consistant with the Reno; the problem however is the lack of Board Control indeed.
Give me the QUAD DAMAGE sound!
5:46 rank 4 plays
Casual 348 C'Thun damage. Seems good.
17:28 if he just use the hero power the rest of the game he was gone win
That guy just wait for so long just to see 1/4 of the c'thun xD
1/4? just did the math, he saw 8.3% of it
Including bran?
Thumps up for Trailer Park Boys
can you do a spiteful rogue XD
Reno Rogue is back!
just a casual 300+ damage C'thun
Good sport that Reeper :o)
Hey man, next time heal the jade golems before you blade of c'thun them, it's an extra 4 hp on your c'thun every time and most turns you had 2+ mana to spare. You c'thun could have had +10/15 hp, and making your c'thun as big as possible was the purpose of this vid right? :P
too far man, too far
Rat, C'thun, Naturalize.
#endhimrightly
media hora papa
para tirar el cthun
Interestingly a 17:11 if the druid started just hero powering and passing, he would have won completely locking dane out of the game... Then again if he could think outside the box he wouldn't be playing jaids druid
The guy was playing into the plan, knowingly. Maybe you should start thinking outside the box.
Blade of C'Thun can kill your own minions too; would have made things slower but would have accomplished the same, regardless.
That fuckinge c thun
What is this video about? Seeing the thumbnail, I'd say C'Thun, but not sure
Van Diemen this is sarcasm, right?
Halfjack umm...no?
20:02
That's what it's about
Halfjack 20:48
of course it was meant ironically
Great deck, hard counters Jade Druid haHA!
Good to see Jade players are still as drooling as ever.
Its not nice to bully people Dane :3
CTHUN CTHUN CTHUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUN
Wth so much damage
please blood of the ancients.
V A L U E
I wanna see this Cthun/shadowcaster deck against a Baku control warrior... would be much more satisfying to see that 174 damage against more armor 😂
wouldnt be able to do it tho, Baku warrior doesn't really run enough high end stff to grow the C'thun that much at certain point he'd just rely on whirlwind effects and ragnaros shots from the hp.
LMAO got an add about the new Nissan Rogue
Fan - Backstab
stupid druid should not swipe when dane has full board, armor up and pass equal win
OMG HYPE I love rogue cthun so much
Kshitij Sharma it has so many weakness
shadowcaster in 2k18 lul
Hahahahahah
Lol)
Or you play aggro and win within 3 min without having to make decisions
Nahhhhhh
basically he is the innkeeper so much BM poor guy
From Brazil kkk gg
Too bad Reeper had lethal 7 turns later if he didn't swipe. Yes i've the done the math don't ask me why :)
Well played anyway Dane
Man, this druid sucks. Made a lot of misplays. Like 5:40, 8:05, 9:10.
MASTERHAENIR if he were capable of playing decently, he would play something more creative than Jade druid
