You guys are amazing and have inspired me to go more plant based but also now I have to go gluten free because I have a wheat/gluten intolerance I’m also lactose intolerant
The struggle is real I had to go gluten-free and dairy free due to ibs and it sucks
Cauliflower hack! Cut your Cauliflower head in half, and then cut the stalk out in the shape of a triangle. Then you can just break it apart into florets! Super easy, quick, and not messy at all!

I make sesame seed milk a lot because it's very high in calcium. Better than bone pharmaceuticals any day! I do 1C seeds to 4C water but 5C water might be better because it's a little bitter.
