i felt the elevator thing was an accident, it looked surprised when the door opened again..... surprised, and delighted!
I feel like it's the equivalent of it testing out a hypothesis and being surprised they're correct.
i agree with your "with intent: theory. if you rewatch the clip where the indoraptor fakes getting tranquilized, honest to God, it smiles before it bites the guy.
le krieg I was wondering if anyone else noticed that. To be honest, that moment gave me the heebie-jeebies something fierce.
Not only that, but when it was tranquilized, watch it's head. It was watching the whole time what the man was doing, assessing the situation. Since he was just standing there, the Indo fell down to lure him in, knowing he wanted something from it. Everything was planned and Indo loved that it worked.
That smile was evil, so yeah that thing has the mind of a phsyco killer and mad scientist put together.
@@NovaGN yup. When i saw that at the movies it slightly freaked me out. It fell down way too gracefully and fuckin smiled as it played with its prey.
One interesting note I heard someone bring up in relation to the Indo and Blue. Is that if you watch the first Jurassic World, Blue signals the other raptors with a claw tap to the ground, they form up right after she does that.
Which this person then mentioned you see the Indoraptor in this movie tap its claw on the when it enters Maize's bedroom. This unintentionally signaled Blue and let her know exactly where the Indo was.
The worker dying at the jaws of the Indoraptor would explain the skull in the small leaked images of it - would have loved the 40 minutes they cut to be included somehow!!
Maybe we will need to wait for the extended version, and pay more to see it
I had the idea of the technician getting bitten on his leg by the Indoraptor.
Other scene ideas include : where we see the Indoraptor being tested on a Stegoceratops or Spinoraptor. A Mercenary points the laser , kills the other hybrid dino and end scene. Another scene idea is to have us show Gunner Eversoll's death and after the I raptor ate him . The elevator is now silent . The Indoraptor goes up to the female auctioneer and smelling her reminicent of JP3 . Here the Indoraptor hand animatronic could be used as it strokes her hair like with Maisie. Its mouth opens a finger falls out and a mercenary says " run " but the Indoraptor hears them turns and around , knocks them down . Pins them down and it uses its sickle claw to get in their back . Just know we do not see it on screen.
I would like to say that the Indoraptor had an incredible weak sense of smell. Probably something that occurred, when mixing too many DNA of animals with the Indoraptor. The Indoraptor is a mix of the Indominus Rex, and Velociraptor after all. There are many scenes in the movie that show the Indoraptor struggling to locate its prey with smell. While, it did seem to combat that disadvantage with its echolocation abilities.
Also BECAUSE the Indo had so many different animal DNA, he got sick rather quickly, and was suffering from some sort of respiratory illness
There's a theory, that it was sick during the movie, because the animatronic Indoraptor had its skin peeling away, or something like that.
@@TadeuszNorekPrawdziwy Yeah it was heavily hinted and implied that he was not at the best of health so that may be why he performed poorly despite having all the traits and abilities he is said to have
Also because the main characters of movies always seem to have thick plot armor. In a real life scenario, people would easily be dead
The Indoraptors 'gotcha bitch' moment was my favorite part of the film
You know...when I heard about the Indoraptor, I was like, "Yeah, create the indominus, tortured, vengeful, etc...only make it the size of a raptor. That won't end badly."
But you know, I was wrong. Somehow, they made it so, so much more horrifying. Great job, Wu.
Actually, the Indoraptor was probably was abused, tortured and neglected, which probably caused his shitty attitude. Like a man once said,
“Monsters aren’t born. They’re made.”
He probably didn't need to splice in Human DNA to achieve empathy or malice. Just Crisper up some bigger more intelligent brains and they would probably develop those traits on their own.
I think any Dino would hold a slight grudge from being kept in the dark it's whole life
A dog is only mean if you raise her that way. Domestic and intelligent animals feel basic emotions. While the great apes and dolphins are the only animals known to exhibit complex emotions like grief and companionship.
@BingoBangoBongo Actually the title of dumbest would be Chihuahua since they would willing go yap at a freaking bear despite the size difference, Pit Bulls like German Shepherds just need competent owners to train them and they'll be capable of being the gentlest dogs ever.
>"Echolocation
>"Enhanced senses"
>Spends several minutes fumbling around a room just to look for a bunch of humans hiding behind a wooden table.
It was already sedated by the tranquillisers by Ken Wheatley. It was confirmed that it took Indoraptor 3 darts to fall asleep and Ken shot 2 darts so it was already clumsy and drugged by tranquilliser. You could even say he was ‘sleepwalking’ and also it is hinted that he has a type of respiratory sickness and was malnourished.
@@virgin1792 I never thought about that. Thank you! I’ve always wondered about that
It's like the only Dino that smiled though, stuff Still cracked me up lol
Ocean Surgeon Me too. Even though they’re other intelligent animals that could have facial emotions, not just humans. And saying the the Indoraptor smiling is inaccurate because all dinosaurs have no muscles around their skulls? He’s a hybrid dinosaur.
@@prehistorichero2755 Well that's the thing all dinosaurs in Jurassic Park and world are hybrids. The addition of amphibian DNA or other animals is what makes them all hybrids. What makes the Indo truly unique is its multiple DNA additions and the fact of its ability to smile. Anyone with a hint of biology knows that primates are the only ones that can physically smile. Indeed if you look at the Raptors face and neck you can physically see where the Jaw and neck muscles connect it has a massive muscle there.
Just a mild continuity error. You said Wu wanted to inject Blue's DNA into the current Indoraptor. He didn't want to do that. The Indoraptor in the film was just a prototype. He wanted to make another WITH Blue's DNA thrown into the mix. The prototype would've likely been destroyed if that attempt was successful.
I’ve got a theory: the tranquilliser darts while not sedating the Indoraptor they may have slowed down its abilities and that’s what caused its demise, when you are intoxicated you don’t think rationally, when Claire shone the red laser at Owen causing the Indoraptor to lunge at Owen causing it to fall through the glass roof and die it was not thinking clearly despite almost falling through just seconds ago, makes me wonder how formidable it could’ve been if it didn’t get tranqued
I like the fact that you can almost hear a shrill human scream in some of it’s roars
You know that coughing sound like they use to call for help or the " hey prey over here" well when I was 6 I got a bad case of whooping cough I was able to make that sound every cough and my little brother 4 at the time was scared as hell of the raptors so I would hide and make the sound making him cry and freak him out yelling " dinosaurs are after me" hahahaha ahhhhhh I'm going to hell aren't I 😁
All you gotta do is use the laser pointer on the indoraptor and it'll just tear itself apart
SC43 7 Or just hide a few feet away from it under plot armor where it can’t smell you 😒 like they done
Man it is plot (they wouldnt Kill the main characters) but at least theres an in world explanation: the indoraptor was in a Very early stage of production for that reason It had a lot of breathing problems and It was sick. If you dont like the explanation ok everione has its on opinion...
Or use a bone spike on a spear as that seems to pierce it's skin and kill it.
Fun fact: The shot of the Indoraptor climbing down to the balcony entrance to Maisie’s room was based of a scene from Dracula (1979) in which he climbed into a room the same way.
Didn't you love when Blue finally killed the indoraptor and roared in victory?? I loved that scene
hcj 12345 No, I hated that scene because the indoraptor death was terrible and weak and he only showed up 20 minutes into the third act of the movie it was a big waste of time teasing the creature the whole movie without exploring little to none of if capabilitys and he was killed off too easy.
I don’t even know how the indoraptor (that was as big as an allosaurus) got thrown out the window by something as big as a human
@@alexandert.516 The roof was already broken so the weight of the indoraptor plus the wheight and force of blue was able to easily break the rest of the ceileng and It was a cool death... My guy got destroied by two trike horns
The damn thing could even smile too, its subtle but when its about to take out certain people or revel in the fear its causing, the thing smiles or smirks!
I love the Indoraptor even his design & personality are a perfect match but it kinda sucks the the film Director never showed us in the film the Indoraptor can use echolocation.
PS if you rewatch the film the Indoraptor pulls off the classic roaring T-Rex stance in its cage when it’s show off to the private buyers
I believe they did. When I picked up on it, it was a very subtle detail that can be overlooked if you aren't paying attention for it. It taps its sickle claw far more often than any of the other raptors in the series. I think that is how it sends out frequencies for its echolocation.
plus there's a very subtle "dik-dik-dik" sound that it makes with it's teeth
That is true the the echolocation is very subtle & I mean VERY SUBTLE but to be honest. It didn’t feel like they didn’t capitalize on this enough for this unique ability very much apart from once or twice. In the film I also thought when the Indoraptor used his killer claw to smack against the floor. That’s what I thought was his version of echolocation. Since he did that much more often & the camera focused more on him when he did that.
Honestly, the indoraptor is one of those creatures that i fell in love with, almost instantly.
Everything about it's design just hit right for me, the colors, the posture, the body shape, everything just hit right for me.
Side note. Wu wanted Blues DNA to make a second generation of indoraptors. And to be honest I don't know why Wu got angry that Zia made a blood transfusion with t rex blood since blood cells don't last very long and would go away when Blues body had produced enough blood to sustain her. But overall I really injoyed the Indoraptor and it's a shame that it didn't get much screen time. It's even more of a shame that Trevor wanted the last 2 films to be over and done with so he could reach his vision of a JP movie, witch I find really disappointing because if he didn't rush the movies so much more people could have enjoyed the last 2 films.
I think Dr. Wu got angry because the T rex was from the original park so it's Genome would have be recreated in a less refined way than Blues was so it could have contaminated hers to the point of being useless or there being no time to transport her and wait until later
The indoraptor sounds more like he'd be more at home in a slasher movie, seriously I could see it and Freedy Kruger getting along and exchanging ideas.
I've got to be honest. As a fan of these films. I was not impressed with this latest instalment. But the design of the creature was fantastic.
The 95 version is still the best version tbh. This 5e movie is the lowest on my list, altough it was highly enjoyable it was not a super good or masterpiece movie.
Same I was really underwhelmed and kind of disappointed after seeing it. Only recently I’ve learned to appreciate it more
The indoraptor is so badass in the film, I wish he had more screen time.
Trey Rex The Indoraptor actually had more screen time than the Indominus, the only reason why it felt like the other way around is because the Indoraptor’s scenes were clustered towards the end of FK while the Indominus’ were scattered throughout all of JW.
@@jpfan4life812 oh yeah that's right, I wonder what would happen if Indominus Rex and Indoraptor hunted together.
I remember when the raptor was playing dead, then opens its eyes and smiles, I was like “that’s a wrap💀”
Finally thank you for explaining this movie scene I was the first one to ask this person to do the explanation of Jurassic world fallen kingdom of the Indoraptor THANK YOU !!!!!!!!!
Mate they could have made it so much more deadly bye adding the camo and heat masking and also adding the ability to mimic human speech like a parrot
Jameson Dymond ...and actually being able to smell its prey when it’s just a few feet away from it 😒
I like the Indoraptor and thought its design was pretty unique but still dangerous, still a great video can u do a video on the spinosaurus from Jurassic Park 3 plz
I love how everyone hated the spino, but all the jerks overhyping the Trex caused things to kinda go full circle and now the Spino is basically on par with the Rex,
Thanotos Omega iknow and Now the Spinosaurus is loved by fans yet some still try to keep it out of sequels to avoid any backlash or angry Rex fans
As a Rex fan myself I didn’t really mind, but was kinda happy they gave the spotlight to another theropod
Rex fan here. Spino absolutely deserves love and attention too. Rex fans don't mind spino making an appearance or taking the spotlight. There's just no need to put down another theropod just for the desparation to make spino look stronger.
Dinosaurs can smile evilly now? Why do I love that soo much?
Man I've been dying to see an analysis done of this creature !
My favorite creature of the entire franchise. I love everything about it. Thanks for the video.
You know i do appreciate the fact that each hybrid did genuinely look like legitimate dinosaurs that could have lived if the extinction event hadn't happened.
I’ve always been a big-time fan of the series, and this is absolutely my favorite animal to ever come out of it!
YES!!! I HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR THIS MOMENT! The Indoraptor is my all time favourite movie monster
@@dem_knees_724 Or maybe they haven't experienced all there is yet...
I used to be like you, but what's the point of it? Recommend something to watch, make them want to see it instead of being a jerk.
I love how the indoraptor grins at the dude.
Haven’t seen FK yet but that scene with Blue as a young raptor warmed my heart. Reminded me of Chomper from the Land Before Time movies.
I remember my previous comment anticipating this video. The wait was worth it. Keep it up!
I love that little smile it has right before it attacks him
My favorite film of the year so far 💪❤ Great video btw!
My question is... Why save the dinosaurs when you can make more9
Probably after the Jurassic World incident it was illegal to clone more dinosaurs
IlluminatiDown 123 Didn't you paid attention? It was to sell to humans to fund the losses from lawsuits of the deaths in Jurassic World, they needed money to fund more indoraptors. Making new dinosaurs cost money
It wasn't control when it came to Blue and the other raptors in their relationship with Owen. He stated it was out of respect and trust. As to the Indoraptor, the hybrid in some ways was more dangerous than the I-Rex because of the new hybrid's smaller size which allowed for greater maneuverability and access to smaller spaces which the first hybrid just didn't have. However, the Indoraptor didn't have the same brutal force the I-Rex had as the first hybrid had more of its genetic makeup with large animals, with the base genome and the main element of its DNA being a T-Rex. The Indoraptor's psychopathic tendencies could be seen where it actually smiled just before it killed Wheatley.
I’ve been waiting for a new upload. I’ve watched all your videos and I get so excited to see a new one! Awesome job with this video
Your theories make these movies even more enjoyable
By far the coolest looking Dino of them all
(Pumped up kicks playing in backround)
HISHE and filmsandcomics explained in a short succession...nice
One thing I got to say is how the f#$k do you end up cloning a person but fail at making a dinosaur until the last second when your task was to make a dinosaur
SC43 7 Or why do you sell dinosaur clones for military use, when you can clone expandable *HUMANS*
Mike the bike I think it’s not worth the trouble it makes and fear weapons are overrated (I think drones and standoff range strikes serve as good enough for fear weapons)
@@speestechsupport1341 Ah, True, but I could still see a whole bunch of Arms Dealers wanting that thing..
I love the editing of the raptor screeching shot for every attribute :D
You Always Find a Way to make the Best Videos
Even though it didn't live that long, I liked the I-Raptor
Been waiting for this, great vido as always.
I personally enjoyed JWFK
Your videos are always the best!!!
Even though I don't like the movie that much, the dinos were always my favorite part of the other films and this one only increased my fascination with them tenfold.
Thank you for this video
Baby Blue is my favorite! SO CUTE!
The intelligence and cognitive abilities of the Indoraptor is essentially human in nature. I mean, a man who aware he’s the only person in his household, heard a noise from upstairs, naturally he’s going to investigate until he find the source of the noise that he heard; he’ll check all the bathrooms, closets, and bedrooms no matter if it’s behind an opened or closed door, locked or unlocked! The the mind of the Indoraptor works the same way!
Too bad the indoraptor was in the third Act only next to the scene where he nearly got Maisie
The Indoraptor is awesome.
The part when the Indoraptor whipped its tail to "open the lift". It was actually a lucky accidental move by the Indoraptor.
I didn't care for this movie. But I Love your video, thanks FCE!
Is it just me but the little squeaks indoraptor makes when chasing Owen and the rest was kind of cute
great video!!! thanks!
I don't think the Indoraptor ate Whitley. I think it only mauled him to death. Yep, definitely a psycho dino. 0_0
James Chandler it was going to eat him but he got distracted by the screaming.
In my view: The Indoraptor was the only redeeming factor of the movie.
Thanks for the indepth review of the beast!
This video makes me appreciate the Indoraptor much more.
Amazing video thank u
The indoraptor was also crazy due to being mistreated
Treverrow's confirmed that there's no human DNA in either the Indominus or Indoraptor. That said, that doesn't rule out, say, chimps.
Also, I loved this guy. Creepy and dark, and he had a sick, twisted sense of humor. Plus he skirted the uncanny valley quite a bit. Sadism? I could accept that. A dinosaur smirking right before chomping down on a guy's arm? That freaked me out.
You should do “skyline” explained!!
I do agree that both the Indominus Rex and the Indoraptor had some human DNA as you explain in your video. Especially when the raptor smiles in the cage scene and the I-Rex killing for sport.
Good morning everyone
I really like the whole hybrid dna theory. I didnt realize they were taking on human characteristics till you noted it
Well done. Loved this so much. 👏🏽♥️
Baby blue is absolutely adorable
Good video!
you can see it smile when its plan works
Am I the only one who feels bad for the indoraptor? It was in pain all its life from being a rushed, unfinished project and it was never given love by anything.. Thats so sad
Beginning of scene the Indo was going outright to give them a good scare right before killing them.. Infact you can hear his claw tapping almost as a musical tap and it continued after he didn't find anyone that first time. The tapping continues two more times before the scene changes like someone who was enjoying there little sick game of hid and seek. .
Yet another excellent video. I would love to see one on *Edge of Tomorrow* OR *It Follows*
The indoraptor is so cool! I want one as a pet!
Despite the finished product of the film, the look of the Indoraptor was done pretty well.
I think I commented this before but the future predator from Primeval would be cool
Wow new raptor!
Indoraptor is my favorite creature of all time
the indoraptor has a sence of humor......a twisted kind of humor
I guess that the point was to show that in contrast to other dinosaurs who acted in instinct or hatred, the indoraptor was just... evil
Great background music :)
Cheers, its several layered tracks and soundscapes I've put together. Really glad to hear you enjoyed it :)
This is just my opinion, but all these traits seemed dumbed down, made less grand in the film. Like when the Indoraptor possessed echolocation, and couldn’t find humans who were less than 10 feet away.
Same problem with the creatures from A Quiet Place. Could hear a mouse fart from a mile away, couldn't hear heavy breathing from a foot away.
Love the video
Jp6:
When the brainstorming room got high together:
"Hey dude i just got this amazing idea"
"What is it"
"Spinorexasaurus"
"He's a fucking genius"
On my head the reason the indoraptor chased after the maisie was because in a line that wu said and I quote 'it needs a mother' so I think the indoraptor thought that maisie was it's mother so it imprinted on her and the reason it tried to touch her was to stroke her or something
When you go to like the video but dislike instead and have a panic attack. NICE ONE FINGER
The indoraptor is overpowered.
I like your personal theory because some animals feel the same kind of emotions people have especially pets and captive bred animals.
Bro, the Indorapter was terrifying because it's a smaller, almost as strong, faster, smarter Indominous combined with the intelligence and size of a raptor. Add with that an evil demeanor, and that's what made it scary. It literally SMILED before it ate the dude.
Not to sound critical but animals are naturally happy when hunting down prey (aka their dinner). The Indoraptor is not one of these animals, it enjoyed the thought of killing, not eating.
The smile was so dumb though, not scary. The whole concept around it doesn't make sense either so with the air of silliness around it I didn't find it scary at all. Just a lame knock of of Indominus.
@@darkwoods1954 I'm sure you've heard this before but the indoraptor smiling made it seem more like a intelligent, but mentally unstable creature that was what they said it was. But later on they eliminated that effect by having it charge at people like a deranged dog.
Well in the jurrasic world the game Indo raptor has more stats than Indo rex
@@darkwoods1954 it was smirking......
