Trello is inadequate for group project management. Even free Bitrix24 gives you Gantt chart, resource management, time tracking, task dependencies, client management, etc - which are absolutely must have for group work. People who love using Trello for solo task, are forced to use Bitrix24, Asana or Wrike when collaborating with others.
I read your post regarding IQTell and was curious if you were on their staff since it was so glowing. :) When I clicked your name, I noticed this post regarding Trello. Did you switch to Trello? If so, why? I tried to message you privately but I don't see that feature here. Thanks. Scott
Hi. :) Sorry I am just now seeing your comment. As for the private messages, is that something I would need turn on, or is it just not available as an option? Not on the IQTELL staff, LOL, just had to look a long time to find something that was exactly what I needed, so I was extremely excited when I did. I actually use both. I use IQTELL more so to manage the big picture of everything I have to keep up with. I like the fact that you can sync it with Evernote, so everything you need is right there. I use Trello only for certain projects, I guess because of the visual layout. It depends on the project. To me, the difference between the two is the visual. With Trello, I can have a bunch of lists and sub-tasks all on one screen that I can see without having to click on different things to see different ones. I also like the fact that there is a Chrome extension that lets you customize the theme to look any way you want. I use Trello more so for really detailed projects where I kind of need to be able to see everything in front of me at once, so I don't get confused. I use IQTELL more as an overview of the big picture. All of my current projects might be in IQTELL, and for certain ones I might move them to Trello to help me keep track of them. This is just what works for me, because I am ADD and it's easy for me to get confused or lose my train of thought. LOL If I had to choose only one, I would probably choose IQTELL just because it lets you do more things. Actually, I haven't gone through all the IQTELL tutorials yet, so I may not even be using it to its full capacity. The only thing I would change about IQTELL is that I wish there were customizable themes. Trello just doesn't do as much as IQTELL. If the two had a kid, I'd be ecstatic, LOL. So have you used both yourself? If so, which do you prefer?
Finally someone who can explain lol, Great video man.

I learned something new! Dragging team members onto a list is great!

No one seems to mention that you can move cards and whole lists to other boards, which makes all the difference to how you set up your hierarchy.
This has been very helpful, thanks!
