I’m getting 17 cm when I measure after round 10. Do I need to get to 24cm? Will it be difficult to do rest of pattern if I have to change the number of stitches? I used 3.0 mm hook with size4 cotton yarn. Not sure why it’s turning out so small.

At the end of row 2 of clusters, I ended with a chain 2 in the top of the cluster. Now where do you join and chain the first 3 you start row 3 of clusters.? Since row 2 starts with a chain 3 and 4dc in same stitch.
