To be honest I was never the biggest fan of police while growing up in the West and being harassed by police for racist reasons and never received help when it was needed in serious situations. My opinion of police changed (at least when it comes to police in China) when I witnessed how kind and unbelievably helpful the police in China is to everybody (citizens and foreigners of all colours). I saw police in China helping the handicapped, the mentally ill, and the elderly with their everyday stuff. Even if it takes the whole day to help them, they do it. Police in China smiles and goes out of their way to be helpful even with small things. Most of them don't even have ANY weapon and they are super professional and humane in de-escalating situations without use of violence. It's almost the opposite of how the police is in the West. The Chinese and Western police have two completely different roles, serve two completely different people. Western police serves the rich corporations and elites, while Chinese police serves the people. I have so many stories about Chinese police to tell, that people in my own home country would never believe, sadly.
What most people don’t know is there is now 27 books out there on what the Chinese invented first that says the world copied from them The interesting observations I made If you take the time to read those books some run well over 1000 pages long In the vast majority of cases you will not find a specific inventor(s) name(s) and specific invention date given Where it will be… the Chinese invented such and such in such and such century The Chinese have a network /sharing tradition when it comes to IP Probably the reason why we think they are rote learners and unable to invent anything when there is that 27 books series out there on what they invented first these days Chinese are back and lead the world in 57 out of 64 critical technologies of the future You will be using and copying much of the new innovation they come up with in the decades to come
I admire China and the Chinese people. Hardworking, creative, resilient and peaceful people.

Those are all drones?
Yes.
China has a 5000 year old history but they culturally appropriated the western salute after the Qing Dynasty.

The interesting observations I made
If you take the time to read those books some run well over 1000 pages long
In the vast majority of cases you will not find a specific inventor(s) name(s) and specific invention date given
Where it will be…
the Chinese invented such and such in such and such century
The Chinese have a network /sharing tradition when it comes to IP
Probably the reason why we think they are rote learners and unable to invent anything
when there is that 27 books series out there on what they invented first
these days Chinese are back and lead the world in 57 out of 64 critical technologies of the future
