Thank you for your kind sharing. But I got problem on this method. Once you click on a cell within the range it will be locked even if you didn’t write anything. I need a code says: only activate cell lock when there’s entry otherwise keep it unlocked. Is that possible? Hope I make myself clear 😅.

One more query is that cell contains date which is passed or in future & user should not able to edit the particular rows as entered date is passed. If I entered only today's date, then that particular row shall be enable & editing is possible that particular row. Please guide.

You can use Target.Column condition to put the restriction of cell lock.
