So looking forward to your videos. Glad to see you are on another Celebrity - it's our very favorite cruiseline. :). We took a Princess cruise to Alaska in June, and to say it was a disaster is an understatement. We skipped an entire port (and longest port stop - Juneau) because of a sick passenger that had to be taken back to Canada. They made it a sea day instead. Princess did NOTHING to compensate all of us who lost 10 hours in Alaska. :( Also, it poured rain through Glacier Bay (couldn't see anything) and we had a total of 13 hours in two other ports. We arrived in Victoria at 9:30 p.m. to be told to be back on the ship at 11:30 p.m. What a bust.

Oh my. I’m so sorry! We are really liking Celebrity. Also finding it more economical than RCI right now. Kind of crazy. Hope your next cruise is amazing!!

I’m sure you would have a hard time getting US dollars in change from a Canadian establishment just like we don’t expect our change in your country to be in Canadian dollars. Businesses often set their own exchange rates. Not far off from bank rates though. Hope you didn’t find TOO many evasive people on your trip to Vancouver.

Exactly! Thats why I wanted to remind folks about the currency difference. 👍🏼 Everyone who spoke was very friendly, and the locals who sat next to us at lunch were SO great! It was a great day.
