The comments are talking on this as a mockery of the chinese language but I found this song and its lyrics closer to visayan specifically cebuano and waray-waray. For so long, my friends and I thought he was singing about lizards as Butskekik and Butike (lizard) are hella close. Kang-kong is what we call our water spinaches, and most of the nonsensical words sounded like nicknames most Filipinos use to refer to each other.
