I recently attended a wedding and hubby wanted us to go with our 7 month old. Imagine not being able to fully enjoy yourself because you have to be busy with your child, angeke tu. So I get you when you say you had to leave your baby boy behind.

Yoh babe, askies. We still haven't attended a wedding with him yet. We've always left him with someone at home or his grans but would have to leave earlier when I still breastfeeding him. But at least we'd enjoy the wedding nonetheless.

I also struggled with fear generally after loosing my dad years back, I felt so vulnerable and unprotected especially Asa child of God, it made me think that I'd somehow be protected from any form of harm. When that death happened it made me feel anything bad could happen to me too(which was a lie coz the enemy has to ask God for permission first like he did with Job)... But long story short that fear gave birth to anxiety and it's only last year (2021) after 6 years that God delivered me from that spirit of fear.
God is with you and for you. May that anxiety relocate permanently in Jesus mighty name! 💕

Ah man, you have inspired me to do Bible Studies with my kids, 9 and 3. This is such an aha moment for me. I am not particularly religious but I know the bible because it was taught to me as a kid and I'm not sure why I didn't think about teaching it to my kids about it.
