Hearing the rap sample clearly, I can see why they'd drop it from the NA version. I don't think Capcom would've cared for the backlash "bundles of sticks" would've caused.
Capcom wouldn't but the audience would because they have to find something to complain about. Look at games nowadays.

where did the guy rapping come from... well my real question is, is it a royalty free sample or something because it's in a Power Instinct game too. Matrimelee's final Boss Sissy has part of this in her extended theme. I've looked everywhere for this but can't find it lol.
