What they may have lacked in name originality (given there were two other bands known as the Outsiders), they made up for in pure first generation garage rock finesse. Soupy Sales did a world class cover of this track in 1966 as That Wasn't No Girl for Capitol.

This song was recorded in the fall of 1964 with the A-side The Outsider. There are only two recordings from The (N.Y.C.) Outsiders.@@hankhoffman8475
