How can you train this quality?
In positional games, players learn not only to stay in ball possession but also to play through available gaps and use the space with a lay - off combination play. In this positional game, we play a 6 vs 6 plus 4 neutral players. It is mandatory to play through the center with a "lay - off” combination, which then results in changing the field.
The first pass must be played to one of the neutral players within the circle. This player then passes the ball to another neutral player, who then continues to pass to the team in the other half.

Great drill and one I've used in the past. My only question is how big is the grid you used?

The size of the field depends on the skill level of your players. Beginners can start with a field of 15x15meters, with really good players you can shrink the size down to 8x8 meters.

Are the defenders told to go at half pace? Looks like they not really trying to block or defend!?

Does Episoketren System really work? I see lots of people keep on speaking about Episoketren System. But I'm not sure if it's good enough to improve your soccer skills.
