I'm 54 and my wife and I are VERY worried about our future, gas and food prices rising daily. We have had our savings dwindle with the cost of living into the stratosphere, and we are finding it impossible to replace them. We can get by, but can't seem to get ahead. My condolences to anyone retiring in this crisis, 30 years nonstop just for a crooked system to take all you worked for.
I feel your pain mate, as a fellow retiree, I’d suggest you look into passive index fund investing and learn some more. For me, I had my share of ups and downs when I first started looking for a consistent passive income so I hired an expert advisor for aid, and following her advice, I poured $30k in value stocks and digital assets, Up to 200k so far and pretty sure I'm ready for whatever comes.
@@zubairadamu2477 The crazy part is that those advisors are probably outperforming the market and raising good returns but some are charging fees over fees that drain your portfolio. Is this the case with yours too?
The problem with it is computer I wanted to have more peaceful environment and all but the Wasatch is the fault line address this with clients it has been inactive for years but can always be dangerous if earthquake god forbid if there was one I hope never but just a thumbs up for u you always show beneficial videos to all thanks u for vids informational appreciate still trying to find home 🏡 si I'm viewing all videos 📹
Basically anywhere rural this is an option, but unfortunately anywhere in the city will either be smaller lots, or will get quite expensive as acreage goes up.
My friend who showed me Utah grew up here. It’s changed a lot. Utah county has way better Mountain Views than slc but it’s a car centric county with nothing going on. Plus with the massive price increases, it’s not worth it to go down there unless you have a family. Also the rich areas of Utah for some reason have massive drug problems with kids that I’ve never seen anywhere else. Extremely bad for family life. Idk why people say it’s a great spot to raise kids, the horror stories I’ve heard make we wonder why anyone would send their kids to an east side HS.

This might be a long shot, but does the extra wind help improve the air quality at all or is it just as bad as in downtown SLC?
It will help, yes, but it’s hard to get out of it completely

Can you do one for Lehi or Bluffdale? Is there huge difference?
I do have one on Lehi (Planning to do another, in the spring) but I have not done bluffdale yet. They are somewhat similar though.
I'd love to hear where to find houses with more land and acrage

It's windy in Saratoga springs, is it like that in most of Utah? Here in southeast Idaho it's windy most days of the year
