Thank you sir for the efforts you have taken. This video was extremely helpful and only thing I needed to clear my ONSAP in first attempt with 100 points!! Let me add couple of points regarding 'Radar monitoring and plotting penalty' 1. You can switch the radar to S band and carry out same actions stated in the video . 2. You can set up Guard zone, Safety Zone and Range Rings as you change course or make alterations. 3. You can increase and decrease radar range for long range scanning and during passing of nearby vessels. Using above I avoided the penalty and passed without any penalty. Again thank you very much 😊
do we need to reach the final waypoint in order to complete the excercise. i mean to say in order to avoid high density traffic, we have to reduce speed and then due to which we wont be able to reach the final waypoint.

Hi. How you passed the last test no.4 high density traffic? Program says that excercise not completed if i pass at slow speed. In opposite, if i pass at more speed program says that speed is too high... How did you passed the fishing boats field?
In High density traffic make sure you use your engines or even STOP and do not navigate through the the traffic even if you can maintain CPA/TCPA, just make a wide alteration and keep clear of all the traffic doesn't matter how much your are deviating from the course. Once clear of all the traffic try getting back to track asap. Sorry for the delayed response, was onboard

Exercise parameters not completed - severity high and radar plotting and monitoring BOTH penalty and awardAT THE SAME TIME. I failed . and I have no idea what the heeelll are these parameters???? I clearly set cpa for 1 mile as in cpt. night orders, what is this anyway?????
@@lech3000 I have discussed this in the video. Got the same after the first attempt. Keep playing with radar settings and acquire all targets, you'll clear.
@@sailing_jeev I did Play with radar all the time. I am sure there are many bugs in this simulator program as I drive the ship all the same all the time and in one exercise I get penalties and in the second one I get awards for the very same things. This so called simulator is only good for playing but to have it as an preemployment tool is a huge misunderstanding.
@@shivendrasingh-x7o I can only sai what I have just said in my previous comments. If you sail with mistakesyou fail for sure. If you sail with no mistames , there is a chance you pass but it is not 100 percent sure. Hope you will pass in the end. God bless you.
