@@alessandrarose4713 *She isnt dieting. She is intuitively eating. And btw, even when you go through therapy for eating disorder recovery, they put you on a nutrition plan. She eats healthy food 80% of the time and throws treats in there when she wants. She has goals to put on muscle and she cant do that without properly fueling herself. Eating disorder recovery still involves eating healthy to replace the vitamins you are probably lacking from restricting AND it still involves exercising. She's doing everything well and balanced.*

I live in a tropical country and it's at least 31°C every day (maybe 27°C at night) but daytime is always that hot. This is why I prefer colder weather lol
