Hey thanks for watching guys! If you enjoy the video, please like and subscribe to help me grow the channel. Let me know what you guys thought down below.
I appreciate you going back to experience part 1, 2 again before part 3 to get the full impact. Too many reactors space it out too far between. This masterpiece was meant to be experienced in one sitting.
"Dancing like flames After all that ive done Ill salt the earth and disappear In a sea of fire!" Using the titles of all three parts to make a complete thought at the very end is epic af. Then you find out that this whole thing is about waking from a lucid dream and has nothing to do with the video youve attached yourself to. 🤯
well here we go again i guess. Pain Remains truly lives up to its name. Absolute masterpiece in evey sense of the word. The fact for me what makes it so emotional is not having a happy ending, it just all falls apart, its so hauntingly beautiful.
Seen em live a couple times in UK. Highly recommend dude. This trilogy live is proper powerful (in all fairness, this trilogy has personal meaning to me, as I'm sure it does for many). They are super tight, and if anything, more intense live. Thanks for doing a reaction to the whole piece
🖤🖤🖤🖤🖤🖤🖤🖤🖤🖤 thank you for doing this trilogy my friend. I watched your recently ren reaction , very sincere and touching. Ren and Lorna Shore are my favourites :) looking forward to the next one you release 💙
Lorna Shore is currently on tour playing the Pain Remains album in it's entirety. Good luck if you're going to try and get tickets, because I think they sold out just about every date. I just saw them last weekend, and it was the best show I've ever been to. I've seen them one time before that as well and they played the trilogy at that show too. Every person in this band is so talented, and they sound just like album quality when live. From my two times seeing them, they use To the Hellfire as their encore song. I'm glad you showed up in my algorithm recently. Been following your videos through this trilogy and a few others. Keep up the videos.
I saw Lorna Shore live at the 2024 Aftershock festival and they closed the set with this trilogy. Will Ramos sounds the same live, and the band is fucking awesome.
I just saw them in Dallas over the weekend and they played this entire album from start to finish. During the last part of the trilogy Will tells everyone to turn their flashlights on and light up the room, it was really beautiful
For me, this trilogy works in two parts. One is the video part, the video part tells a side of the story and its really emotional, but then you read the lyrics and it hits like THREE times as hard.
i liked how optimistic you went through, completly ignoring the lyrics like nearly everybody who watched with lyrics on screen. at my first run i got the lyrics on 2nd screen so i kind of knew what comes. even the name .... Immortal next ? =)
Haha I was reading them, but not really dissecting and pointing out my appreciation for Will's descriptive thesaurus-like writing ability. This is a tough band to 'react' to. After a few watches I get it more, but on that first run there's just sooo much going on lol! Especially with these super deep videos, and 3 of them no less. This is a lot of fun though, I am trying to make each video better than the one before in some way, whether it's editing or commentary.
The videos don't really have much to do with the meaning of the lyrics. The Pain Remains album is about a man lucid dreaming. At first he's just having a nightmare, but slowly he realizes he's dreaming and he's actually in control. He's the god in his dream and he can create anything and everything he wants. So he creates someone to love, but he knows they aren't real. The trilogy starts here. He's mourning the loss of the love he had and feels that the world he created was all for nothing, so he destroys the world to release himself from the dream and get back to reality.
That's is next! It's crazy how different the style is between artists, yet their musical storytelling ties them together? Sleep Token as well, I'm in the midst of their album trilogy.
@@CasualReactions the sleep token albums are solid. Ren has yet to disappoint me either. All three artists are great at painting pictures with words. Lorna Shore, specifically with this trilogy, are fantastic at using the music, visuals, and lyrical content to actually cause emotional responses that are almost simulating the grief process. If you've never lost a person this song will literally force you to respond physically. I can elaborate that better another time if you want to have a conversation about that. I'm off to eat lunch much now though

Her mouthing the words "I love you" before the final drop had me crying so bad
🖤
gets me EVERY. DAMN. TIME...

For sure! And mad props to the person that spliced these together so seamlessly 🤘

The anger and speed of the second song makes you get it after understanding the first song

No offense… they are a fucking masterpiece
Haha none taken

Thank you for that! That's really fucking cool and creative!
how big has your music list gotten?
What I'm listening to now? It's awesomely huge!
What's in the que for the channel? Insurmountably huge lol
The next trilogy you should do should be Ren, The Tale of Jenny and Screech.

Bro, you gotta learnin which parts pause the video... You always did in the best parts..
I know lol. When I started i didn't pause at all, now I'm figuring out when. I'll get there 🤘
