Hey Chase, I wanted to remind you that lusat staff doesn't actually give a bonus damage to sorceries but "just" has high scaling, so when you're using an offhand lusat staff at 6:30, its actually just a debuff to your fp without any benefit!
ya it sucks because as usual FromSoftwares item description is incredibly misleading. It should just state that the Staff has high sorcery scaling which causes spells to do more damage instead of making it sound as if the staff inherently increases spell dmg buy a percent.

Btw I’m surprised chase didn’t mention Magic glintblade. Like shard spiral the ability to charge and no charge it for different timings and distances can really throw people off and force rolling, which nicely sets up carina slicer and piercer/ phalanx.

Also, fun tip for sorcery builds, even though it may not be worth it because it takes up a spell slot you could use for something else, Law of Regression is one of the funniest spells to use, and despite being an incantation it may as well be a sorcery as it’s all int. You need a seal to cast it, but you can use frenzied flame seal as it requires nothing. Now why would you want to use it? Simple. Watch someone buff, crimsonwhorl, crab, black flame protection, doesn’t matter. Just wait, cast, and see the life drain from their eyes as it all gets reversed/negated xD
also just a quick thing I noticed at 6:32 you should avoid running Dual Lusats/Azurs simply because holding two of them dosent double their positive high scaling effect but does double their negative effects, so the canon that you casted with dual lusats ended up being more then 2x the cost while only gaining benefit from the scaling of just one lusats.
Cannon's extra angle makes it so it gets best distance somewhere closer to a 15-20° upward angle instead of the typical 45° optimum for arcing projectiles

Hey chase just so you know the two sorcery talismans only give plus 12 percent together equal to the magic Scorpion charm. But the charms downside can be offset with the dragon crest shield talisman. Even the +0 variant gives more defense then you lose with the charm so it's better to equip those two together as long as the spells you're using deal magic damage. plus it can help an offhand magic weapon too unlike the graven mass talismans. It's probably to late to comment but hope this helps.
Any spell/incant cast right after the first part of the gavel of Haima comes out instantly just like slicer into piercer gavel into piercer is awesome. with two staffs though you can chain cast the gavel into itself !!
Rotten winged sword insignia works well on a build like this. Gavel of Haima procs the talisman in one hit, as well as some of the big sword sorceries, I believe. Also, Carian greatsword true combos into an R1.
Can someone come up with the "Chase the Mod" ? The concept is simple: Every action comes with a Chase narration comment. So like, when you press the jump button, you hear (in Chase's voice) "JUMP !", "DODGE!",etc . Ofc we should add the specials like "Wizard !" and "Taste my flames !".

Hey chase with lorettas mastery if u can shoot it facing away from the target you are locked on at (basically shooting it backwards). The projectile fires A lot faster and is really cool looking
It’d be cool to see an Int/Fth build at the 200s. Not much space to make it work at meta level but you can squeeze out 60/60 in the stat spread at 200. Gives you death sorceries, Golden Order incantations, and a very powerful SoNF.

Chase would try making a build around faith and int? The lava incantations or the golden order incantations are super underused but i’m sure in your hands they can shine.
since RL 200 has been more frequent Lately I highly recommend running 60 Str and 60 Faith, Heavy Infusions on Weapons which can be further buffed with Electrify Armament while still having great Damage on regular incants (Giantsflame, Ancient Dragon Lightning Strike, Death Lightning etc) !!

Big wizard hammer cancels the start up for piercer too. If you charge the piercer it’s a pretty reliable roll catcher if they roll away
