It would make sense why deku didn't have a quirk originally if the theory of all for one being deku's father is true because the quirk all for one doesn't start with any powers but takes other quirks and because quirks are genetic deku would have all for one but because he started out with nothing he would believe he was quirkless
There’s also a theory that All for One had multiple children and used anti-aging quirks and illusion quirks to change his appearance. He would marry someone with the potential of their child having a really strong quirk and then take the quirk and either divorce them or leave with no explanation, rendering the child quirkless I personally really love this theory because it means that Deku has several half siblings and it would make for a cool arc for him to go and track them down
Really Quickly a made up scenario off the top of my head: All might’s just crying in the corner and deku finds him and finds out what happened and they end up both crying..
Midoriya was out too late, so when he tried to sneak back in and his Mom caught him, he tried to say he was training with All Might. But it's funny because All Might then spins around in the chair, showing Midoriya was lying.
