we take series of runs on prover loop,but when the ball detects its starts counting, but after 4 seconds it stop but the ball still travel and not yet arrived for 2nd detector.the detector is new

Check for the k factor in the meter. Ensure the k factor of the meter match the base volume between the two detector switches.
