Love hearing Nan laugh at Key being a stinker. Key looking like what did I do? 😂 ❤
Most dogs would attack the machine, but Key is so smart, tolerant and trusting. That deserves a biscuit. ❤🍪
The carpets look like new again. You only have to turn your back for one minute and Key's unwrapping a present. He knew he shouldn't have though. 🐕💖
He's such a good doggo, usually... 😊💕 A bit mischievous, from time to time... 😉 nonetheless, so funny & adorable! He just couldn't hold back anymore... 😁😁😁 Lol (!!!)
I believe that carpets are only truly clean while they're in the store. After that, it's game over. Key saw an opportunity to open a Christmas present early and took advantage of it! 🎁💕🐾

The joys of having a furry companion, love that you and Biscuit Lady show the work involved as well as the fun and hilarity. Had a Malamute as a kid, and the amount of fur she shed was astounding, we'd clean the place and a day later we'd have furballs and bits of fluff everywhere already. Winter was the happy time, as she stopped shedding, but as soon as spring rolled around the nightmare began all over again. Key has the calmest reaction to a vacuum/washer I've ever seen from a dog, he knows it won't hurt him, and just rolls with it (even using a ball to accentuate the "roll" joke, lol). hope the house hunting is going well, like Jamie and Sherpa you all deserve a forever home with a big yard and enough room to have a proper workshop for your crafts.
Huskies are too smart for their britches!!!!! I love them ❤ I wish we could mate your Key with my Willow! She has Elizabeth Taylor eyes!! Such a beauty and same color as Key . Black and white - I bet their babies would be both smart and beautiful!! Of course , I’d want to keep them all!!

The color of that water is why we do not have carpet...We have 3 grand dogs that we dogsit regularly., so we have hardwood and ceramic tile. We used to have 5 Keeshond's , and had tumble weeds in every corner

First time I've ever seen a dog play ball with a vacuum or steam cleaner (carpet washer in US) instead of attacking it. You're both so awesome, Key and Jodie! The carpet looks new. Bright blessings. 💖

don't know if you will see this comment, but some tips from a retired flooring installer for you.
1) when cleaning carpets use as little soap as possible, try to only pre spray areas that are the worst. the reason for this is most people DO NOT get enough of the soap back out of carpets, the more soap you leave behind the faster your carpet will get dirty again. the soap residue left behind actually attracts the dirt to it.
2) make sure you go over the wet area as many times as you need to, with just the suction going to get out as much water as you can. the wetter you get your carpet the more adverse the effects can be on the glues that hold the fibers into the carpet backing.
3) when you dump out your dirty water do it into the toilet, this way all the little chunks and fine dirt won't build up in your drain traps and possibly cause plugs.
4), send Key to my house and he can spread his dirt here and keep your house nice and clean. plus, he can play in the snowy mountains of western Montana for 7-8 months of the year.

He is so so sensitive. Him sticking close to Jodie shows his awareness that his fur and paws sometimes make the carpet dirtier. Playing ball with him helped him a lot Boo. The Bissell is a great cleaner for carpets. It really p/u the dirt. Your carpets look professional cleaned now.

That's why in my new house I am not having carpet just area rugs which are easy to clean. Key is so good about the carpet cleaning machine. I have one dog who would attack it another who would want to play with it one that is afraid of it and one who doesn't care.

It took me slightly longer than I'd like to admit (😂) to realize it was because of the catnip in the present (even though it was in plastic packaging & wrapping paper)!

I use Bissell Brand Pet Spot Pre-Treat - let it soak for awhile - then use Regular Bissell Pet Rug Shampoo in machine! ❤

I rent and before my current place I've had carpet. In this place I have hard wood floors and they are so much easier to clean. Hard floors do have their issues but given a choice I'd go for hard floors over carpet just because they are easier to clean.

Carpet is a pain to maintain. That's why many prefer hardwood or laminate flooring. One can put a rug down, which is easy to replace if it gets too soiled. Or just live with wood or laminate fllors, which you can wash with a mop.
