If you are talking about using Domain Privacy or WhoisGuard protection, I am pretty sure that you still are the owner of the domain, it just will list the domain registrar, for ex. NameCheap, instead since your info is private/protected...but you still own the domain.

He will have web hosting with GoDaddy. I do not want him to have access to my main account with Aabaco so I created an administrator account with Aabaco.
