The Cracchiolo Law Library hosted a book talk with Keith Richotte, Jr., Faculty Director, Indigenous Peoples Law and Policy Program & Professor of Law with Robert A. Williams, Regents Professor & E. Thomas Sullivan Professor of Law. They discussed Professor Richotte, Jr.'s book, The Worst Trickster Story Ever Told: Native America, the Supreme Court, and the U.S. Constitution. More than corrective constitutional history, the book provides an irreverent synthesis of Native American legal history across more than 100 years, reflecting on race, power, and sovereignty along the way.
