The Chewbacca hate makes no sense. Like I really don’t see how else they could’ve done the eyes at this scale. And to have the eyes bring the looks down to 2 stars? Come on bro, get a grip
Agreed. i dont get it, there are way worse buildable characters that got less hate. Like the yoda set (the old wrinkly yoda not the grogu set) where the eyes could have been done better but instead make it look like a sleep paralysis demon…

If I saw those 2000's or older sets for a decent price I would totally buy them, there is just something so wild about old Star Wars sets, and the yellow skin tone feels so nostalgic.
Also the mechs have amazingly detailed figures in a cheap set.
As someone who is red/green colourblind, Chewbacca was the worst build experience of my life. The different shades of brown made my life hell

Just a quick tip for future videos: tone down the volume of your sound effects! (Or raise up the volume of ur voice)
There are moments in this video where you can barely even make out what you were saying due to the volume of the sound effects.
Funny you should mention bionicles, those pieces were introduced in the Hero Factory line which was meant to be a successor to bionicle
Sometime, we can use the bad products which is too expensive and imperfect for ourselves turn into something good and different, such as becoming Kamen Rider player mask, building transformers and add on view and house creativities, sky maybe the limits but minds can dream and will potentials into actions.
5:57 I think you forgot one of the few good things about this set, besides the minifigures, the AT-ST foot has a painted piece, not a sticker.What a shame that a bad set managed to have the privilege of having these pieces printed, and the normal sets did not

The stormtrooper mech is the only one that would make sense in universe cause there stormtroopers it's possible they could have a standard issue mech to stomp out rebel scum. The mech that makes the least amount of sense is of course Vaders, like why would Vader ever use a mech, it just would not make any sense lore wise and practically!

05:09 I don’t get the hate for the 4+ ATST set. Sure it was a great set, but it’s designed for 4 year olds to build! What it did come with is the only Ewok figure we’ve had for years and the same Scout Trooper figure as found in the endor speeder chase set! So two good figures for a set that costs less than what you could get the figures alone for on BL (I always saw the set discounted so).
