If you actually watch Ui there is nothing unexpected about her being a good mother, she always has been one. It's annoying that a one-time joke about her disowning Subaru get dragged on till this day by some tactless fans.

very nice of her to be considerate of her daughter like this. Especially since some of these viewers only know her from *that* MV
the more I watched vtubers the more I understood where the rule of not mentioning others comes from. These guys want you to watch them not for their reactions to other vtubers but for their content! Make sure to respect that!
Saw some interesting JP comments on the stream, basically saying that Vspo and Hololive don't have a large overlapping audience anyway and that Subaru hasn't really done anything with them either. So it would be weird to expect/force anything to happen between them just because they share the same artist. Like several other members have the exact same situation of sharing the same artist but never collabing, like Fauna/Ema, Cali/Sena, etc

JP side, probably, since that's been the etiquette for a while now. EN side, probably not, because they lack manners, but JP vtubers don't know what they're saying so it doesn't matter in the end
Ui asked candidly enough for the normal part of her Trash to listen, but we all know a small number of outliers will inevitably pretend to not listen. I hope she's ready and willing to ban them for it.

Thank you for clipping and translating the part that needs to be heard (for the millionth time) before Yuuhi's debut. Just because there's always weirdos that think because you have the same model artist. You have to interact or collab with each other (surprise, you don't). I feel like this should be common sense amongst vtuber fans by now.

Subaru has a slight problem in that she is one of the consistent top 10 top female streamers in the world. Her collabing has to be weighed carefully as a lot of people could gravitate to her channel despite being a fan of someone else's. Don't get me wrong it would be nice, but there are other factors to consider

Hope her debut went well and her future streams to be great. It is rough having a popular artist as your designer, even harder when you have a popular streamer in the same industry. Remember that they are all different people even if the design artist are the same. It is also common courtesy not to mention unrelated person without the streamer bringing them up first.
Maybe thats why Nabi and Uto stopped doing collabs with Ame, even tho Uto is also an FPS fan like Ame. Nabi was probably busy IRL. It is hard when people randomly pop in to compare you to someone else and not focus on you the streamer.
