Simple Chicken Butchering Set Up

Welcome to Broadway Garden, today I am harvesting two of my meat birds. After my many pots of water are on the stove, I gather up my supplies and get to work. I was able to harvest, pluck, process and roast these two birds in just about an hour. After dinner I saved the bones and pressure canned 8 quarts of chicken stock for my pantry.
