The "girl about to get plugged" is Vanessa's (the robot) original body. Vanessa's memories has been transfered, and not copy-pasted, into the robot. As such, the blonde in the picture has no memories. The scene looks weird, I admit it, but it makes more sense when you know the scenario of Cytus.
Ah. You see I don't play the game or know much about the story at all, I just listen. So when given a picture like this, I've gotta come up with something to justify it
