I don't sacrifice for my kids but I include them in my passions to maintain emotional balance and purpose in my kids and not feel burdened by them. My career/ job provides for the family. I have a home for them and keep them safe in my home. I sacrificed all my joys in life and obeyed their dad staying to the routine of work and more work at home. I gave my husband my pay in full. I was treated as a selfish idiot asking for permission for dates, vacations, going to a store, and seeing my parents just an escape from the routine. I was overwhelmed, overburdened, and empty knowing that my wants and needs do not matter to the family. My husband dumped me for someone who was excited and adored him when I only tolerated him without argument. He tried asking for me back after two months when it didn't last. His apology involved a bottle of liquor. I defined him as immature and someone I could never rely on in his absence. I established many goals for myself and the family when he was gone to become optimistic. I was mad that he brought alcohol into my home for an apology. I gave him a list of over a hundred problems he did to hurt me and his family. I numbered them. I also gave him a list of hopes that I can have when he is gone. I would have safety in my home, build my credit, never ask permission, rebuild bonds with my parents and siblings, have friends, and enjoy life as I want. I will have my own phone, my own car and I will maintain a budget because I am too scared to allow myself to fail.
That is a women that actually respects men and is not a misandrist. What man wouldn't want a real woman like that, and who puts their kids needs before their own. That's the time of woman a man can be comfortable with settling down with, a real keeper. She respects both herself by not horing herself out and the people in her life. I don’t have kids for this reason and I’m 43 and I’m totally totally accepting of the reality that I may never experience motherhood, but I would much rather go on to make every effort to live a complete fulfilling life in a maiden state, then to have to face the hardship of providing protecting nurturing and securing a child in the world of today without any support as the statistics can clearly see the odds are stack pretty high that the child will have likely develop trauma and it’s just too extreme for me to wait. I sacrificed all my joys in life and obeyed their dad staying to the routine of work and more work at home. I gave my husband my pay in full. I was treated as a selfish idiot asking for permission for dates, vacations, going to a store, and seeing my parents just an escape from the routine.
I was overwhelmed, overburdened, and empty knowing that my wants and needs do not matter to the family.
My husband dumped me for someone who was excited and adored him when I only tolerated him without argument. He tried asking for me back after two months when it didn't last. His apology involved a bottle of liquor. I defined him as immature and someone I could never rely on in his absence.
I established many goals for myself and the family when he was gone to become optimistic. I was mad that he brought alcohol into my home for an apology. I gave him a list of over a hundred problems he did to hurt me and his family. I numbered them. I also gave him a list of hopes that I can have when he is gone. I would have safety in my home, build my credit, never ask permission, rebuild bonds with my parents and siblings, have friends, and enjoy life as I want. I will have my own phone, my own car and I will maintain a budget because I am too scared to allow myself to fail.

I don’t have kids for this reason and I’m 43 and I’m totally totally accepting of the reality that I may never experience motherhood, but I would much rather go on to make every effort to live a complete fulfilling life in a maiden state, then to have to face the hardship of providing protecting nurturing and securing a child in the world of today without any support as the statistics can clearly see the odds are stack pretty high that the child will have likely develop trauma and it’s just too extreme for me to wait. Or the ones who say they "I shouldn't have to compete with a child for the mother's attention" or "I cheated because she always focused on our kids instead of me". Everytime I hear that, I can't help but think "if you view children as competition, you need therapy, not marriage."
