Hi Michelle… I start with making my Bed too. Then a load, sometime 2 loads of laundry everyday. Then I sit down and drink a bottle of water, a granule of Celtic salt, revise my daily to list. I need to do eye check up and new glasses too, I keep putting it off. I need to check out that shape wear. I have feel bad days too. I’ll feel good and really get a lot done. Next day, maybe not so much. Weather changes mess with me too. 💖💖💖💖💖💖
Look forward to part 2! Im getting over something and while I didn't have a bad taste, I literally had to eat different foods than I normally do ...like my regular bacon and eggs did not sit right with me. I feel much better today... finally! It takes time for the body to heal and adapt.
Hey there... I usually put all my face stuff on first and then mascara is like the last thing I put on, I usually clear most the product off the wond first and then if needed do a second later, I just have a little lashes too. 😊
You’re doing an amazing job Michelle, your still moving and that’s a huge plus… I’m so overwhelmed and sometimes sad, these days I find running is truly helping my mental health, I’m so thankful that I’m still able to move/run as I know one day I’m not going to be able to… I’m sitting here having my coffee before leaving to hit the trails for an 8 miler scheduled training via my run coach. Our house went on the market midweek and we have our first showing this weekend, I’m saddened to move, however, downsizing is an absolute must at this time in our life, getting old is not for sissies, as my Dad would say, I’m not going to take getting older laying down… lol You’ve got this Sweet Girl… ❤❤❤ #50 👍

However, if someone came along and wanted to buy all of it, we would probably sell it too, I’d love to move to Georgia and have Mountain View’s would be heavenly, still downsize and way less property…
Dan used to put baby powder on then turn a fan on beside the bed before climbing in the bed. Ugh! I talked him into powdering in the bathroom. Then, he quit using powder. I would try a can of compressed air on the powder. And, get a stiff brush. Or take a paintbrush and cut the bristles short so they’ll be stiff. If that doesn’t work… you’ll need to get a tool to pick at it to loosen it up. Maybe a crochet needle. This would be one of those projects I could dive into.
I hope you get feeling better soon. ❤ For your bed,you know the little brush that you put dish soap in?? You press the top and soap comes out? Try one of those to clean it.😊 For the clothes that smell, lol add white vinegar to the washing machine.
Hi Michelle, I was super busy this week both working and socializing. I've been pretty good about daily routines but my zone cleaning has fallen to the wayside...back on it starting today!
Um, I dont know what your thyroid stuff was, but if you really have fibro, that is autoimmune, so fuxing your gut would probably be a good place to start. I always recommend the book From Fatigued to Fantastic for people with fibro symptoms. I worked through that and got rid of all of my symptoms except the hypothyroid stuff. But over the years when Ive been able to get anything done testing wise on that it came back normal. My current doctor has actually i think hit the nail on the head realizing there is a feedback loop with insulin though. We've been working on insulin resistance and my borderline thyroid test has started going the right way. Hopefully see more difference in January when I go back.
@@GoingGreenMom I have Hashimotos Autoimmune thyroid disease which usually comes with fibromyalgia ( I’m self diagnosed) Yep I’ve heard about fixing gut connection. I’m just not very good at it but is why I try to eat gluten free.
@@Myeverydaywifelife I did pretty well for awhile. I ate low lectin (still try but summer is hard because tomato sandwiches are sooo yummy), lol. Anyway, did that, took slippery elm to help with the lining for about 6 months, and then was taking lemon balm or moringa for mast cell stabilizers to help with the histamine issues. But low lectin helped a lot.
Lol, you mentioned the shapewear and said to get some for your posture. 🤣 My youngest shouted that she would do what she wants. 😂 She was slouching and heard you. Lol. She does support hose, but would grab her corset instead of shapewear. Lol

Mine has done all the things, even reverse T3 and parathyroid. All normal. Wound up thinking that I have hypothyroid symptoms because there is a feedback loop with insulin and I am insulin resistance. My TSH started going back down instead of being almost out of normal range after I started the berberine and inositol to help with the insulin resistance. We'll see. I am back down to below where I was on weight the last time I was in there based on my scale. Of course it is within 2 pounds so difference in scales would likely not be kind. 🤣
I have a lighted magnified 15x mirror. One that folds up like a large compact and fits in my medicine cabinet or my travel bag. It’s the only way I can see details of my face without my glasses. Floxite brand.
