Watching Longr for the last year, I noticed that sometimes he plays at 70% of his abilities and he is tired of tennis. He wants to be replaced by younger players and retire. Perhaps he revised his life priorities towards the family. He is strong physically, but mentally he has emotional exhaustion!

Because it's inexplicable who comes up with these English spelling for their names when they don't seem to make much phonetic sense.
His name is spelled "yun-ju" in Wade-Giles system, instead of "yunru" in the pinyin system used in China. No one uses Win-Ru, I believe.

A bit of a reach here. Ma Long obviously slowes down due to his age. 20 year old ma long was obviously quicker then 30 year old ma Long.
