Quiet Moments #6 | 30 min Live Flute Meditation | Ambient Music for Still and Peaceful Mind

Enjoy this beautiful Indian flute piece, perfect for meditation, relaxation or sleep. This is the 6th track in the Quiet Moments series.
Some days we do not want to leave the house, we are a little nervous inside, tired of everything that is happening, life seems intense, too intense.
The day I recorded this meditation I felt like this... It was a rainy day in India, non-stop rain for more than 3 hours, heavy rain! After it stopped, I decided to play this meditation for myself and for all of you.
It helped me a lot! after that half hour I ended up calmer, more still, with a deeper sense of sensitivity than before.
I hope it helps you all as much as it did me.
Recorded in the room I've been living for a month in Bhagsu, Dharamsala (India).

Tu música llega muy profundo de mi corazón pero hoy en especial esta movilizando mi alma.
