Everytime John sings this song, it's like the first time I heard it and my world turned over and stopped spinning just like the words he's singing to what it feels like just me, and I resonate so hard.
I've done this song acoustic with vocal and I can understand why he didn't go for the high notes in the singing (ain't studios great?!). it's a reach for me as a mid-range vocalist. Nicely done unplugged!! 🙂🙂
VWGTI Yeah, I do see what you mean. I *think* whoever invited them/owns the camp is a friend of theirs, so hopefully it wasn't that bad. If you look at their faces, Brad's like, "Can we just get on with this?" and Johnny's like, "What the hell am I doing?" and Robby's all fidgety and Korel's like, "Whose fucking idea was this?" and Mike's just like... "whatever"
Why would you trash them doing this? Did you look up what 'Camp Krim' is? "Camp Krim is an exclusive spotlight opportunity for new artists to showcase for industry heavyweights" They aren't the only heavyweights that perform there.

John's talent is endless. I hope they never get old, a frail hope of a sad person.
Cheer up bro we got this
Great song I can't get enough of it
John is a master of acoustic performances! Amazing,
I really, really love this version.
💜💝💞💓💖💞💜
Sounds fantastic, which is hard with an outdoor, backyard venue.
Best band ever❤️

The emotion he sang that little part with just him and Korel..... Beautiful

nice
Johnny does sound annoyed in the beginning. Still performed it very well I think.
Oh hey Robby did you forget you're supposed to sing the chorus backing vox?? Wtf
Couldn't even hear Mike on the drums
Why did he sto[p them from doing the "no time left for losers" bridge part?
poor drummer ...
True 🙁 I feel sorry for Mike since they fired him from the band back in 2013, he's playing drums for Tanya Tucker nowadays
Brad craclse up, he seems not to like being on video
Sad to see these guys play at these worthless gigs. They look depressed!
This was in the middle of the summer tour and it was a private show.
These private gigs still pay but I`m sure they do not like them. To them, it`s like playing a wedding.

:-( they've written a handful of timeless classics- id be damn proud
He sings so lazily...what a waste....seems like he doesn't want to be there.. I am glad I wasn't...
I agree... he very rarely hits high notes in any of his songs live. He has done this for 20+ years unfortunately
Who ?
Chris P he has to do that to preserve his voice.
@@Jamie-qm2su they are talking about John Rzeznik
