Agreed. It looks cheap and sounds like it feels like it too. The clutch packaging looks like something found in the dress up section for kids toys where the little one feels grown up because they have a purse like mommy. Hard pass.

A technique idea… with bronzers, especially new ones but I’m not familiar with the coverage / blendability of, i’ve been starting at the hairline and sweeping down with that same Rephr brush. This ends up putting more of the product where the sun would naturally hit the face and everything looks more natural.

I don’t know why people equate the weight of packing to luxury. Then people complain when it’s too heavy or made from glass. Tom Ford changed his packaging for his highlights to light weight for customers. I prefer it light. Valentino belt buckle it’s made from brass but isn’t heavy lie the Gucci which is better stops it drooping down causing a defect. They made it lightweight to make it better to travel with out into your bag
I love how you use such a light hand with the products. I watched other youtubers review this line and they went in so heavy, it all looked so cheap. I like the idea of the compacts. Reminds me of the olden days but in order to work like that the packaging needs to be made out of sturdy material like brass, mother of pearl etc. The foundation bottles were just ripped off from Dior. I bet it's the same formula, too.

My cat's got a possible diagnosis of skin cancer today. Our regular vet had to refer us to another vet and got a biopsy scheduled in 8 hours. I haven't been able to eat or drink at all. Just kept crying througout the day... Took some sleeping pills an hour ago but still couldn't sleep. And then this popped up. I was in a dire need of something to take my mind off my cat and this was perfect as I wanted to try out their products as well. Soothing, calm, positive vibes... 20 minutes well spent. Thank you. I'm back to worring about my cat, but on a brighter note, vet bills will keep me from splurging on Valentino beauty. 😿

The packaging of this line is just plain tacky and very off putting. Then the products aren’t that impressive compared to other luxury alternatives. I was super excited when Valentino announced makeup was coming but overall am pretty disappointed
Woow that golden sheen on the blush reminds of the Natasha Denona mini bloom highlighting blush. I know not everyone likes having a glowy blush, but for me the Valentino blush looked really pretty. 😍
Thank you for taking the time to purchase those products and as I see them on your skin for a "Lux" brand did not appear that so Lux. Perhaps mixing with other brands might show off the products individually would have loved to see with that Agatha Orange Lip,

Dunno. L’Oréal’s luxe brands (Valentino, YSL, Armani) just don’t seem as classy as Dior, Chanel or Chantecaille.
What about Lancôme? They’re pretty classy. They come up with good products, too.
