Can use bitumen emulsion for leaky concrete flat roof ?

Yes we can use bitumen emulsion for a leaky flat roof, but bituminous coating is not suitable for exposure to sunlight. It becomes fragile and brittle when exposed to sunlight for a long period of Time. In place of this we can use acrylic based polymers or bituminous membrane
