Lies of P Boss fight - Simon Manus (Specter) Phase 2

Mostly heavy hitter build, with some motivity upgrades.
Just as in Phase 1, you need to run around a lot, watch out for stamina.
This time around there are two nasty AOE attacks that will depleet your health bar in an instant.
The boss takes heavy damage from acid and electricity, so far as I can tell.
Specter will draw his attention more often than not so it's advisable to heal him as much as you can.
