What spot welder do you use? Could you please direct me to a link? Also what did you use to keep it in place? Thank you, i have learned so many tips from your videos i love them!
Thank you for such great tutorials, Where can i get the teflon roller that you have used? And does the roller remain in contact with the patients palate?
+Karan Rai you can buy them from TP orthodontics. The wire I use is .045 (very sturdy) The wire and roller doesn't touch any tissue. At least 1 to 2 mm clearance. If patient is very aggressive and bends appliance. You can easily bend it back with a three prong. Patients want it to roll so they typically do not push on it.
Szara Dental Lab thats a lot wow. I have a good one, the main problem comes when Im soldering, for some reason the band expands and doesnt fit any more, do you know why?
+David Kasai I use them on occasion, but truly I feel your just adding an extra step to your already tired handpiece chuck. An E cutter works great. I don't bury it into the solder joint creating unwanted heat
I'm not a licensed Dr. so I can't answer that question. I have been told patients are as young as 7 or 8. Habit is typically broken very fast within a few weeks but every child or young adult is different
I’ve had mine tongue guard in for a few weeks and I’ve honestly think I’ve completely broken the habit any idea how much longer I will have to have it in for?
I would ask your Dr. Call them. Most likely you will have to wear it for another week or two. The longer you have it in your mouth the more it prevents you from relapsing. You don't want that to happen.

One question, do you make those bands or do you buy them? A tutorial would be awesome!
Avanzada Dental I own about 3000+ bands. I also create my own depending on bracket etc.. you need a really good spot welder

was wondering why you don't use a heatless wheel to polish solder joints? really nice appliance.
