Good to see your father helping out sounds like a very knowledgeable man, you will learn more from him than any book will ever teach you.
Nice treat for us to see and hear your Dad. Great that you can be around him. Much knowledge waiting to be tapped. Good luck on that pump. Wow.
Great video Andy. Nice to hear you're dad, nick, telling us some of the history too, you'll have to get him on a bit more. If the farm do sell the 3350 they'll be able to point whoever buys it as to what maintainence has been done on the old girl, especially if it's one of your subscribers. It'll be good if you upload the pump rebuild on it's own at normal speed as it'll probably help someone in the future.

Very clean working area with a clean sheet , marking everything is a must.
Be careful when inflating them tires, ideally they should be inflated in a cage...

Cool to see your old man working with you. I believe he's my age. My son doesn't do what I did before retirement. He designs boards for the Large Hadron Collider. Boring stuff, he does. hehe!

Great video young man, very interesting indeed. And you taught an old dog like me a new trick, that being to use a ratchet strap to close a tubeless tyre up on a rim instead of risking getting burnt again. Cheers young man!

Cheers Layton! So we have had 2 JD’s now but before that a New Holland and before that a Massey which was crap! and before that the had 2 old new Holland’s one at farm1 and 1 at farm 2 👍

Roll on part two :) as a child I grew up on a farm where my dad drove a 3140 and then a 3640 I remember we had a massive mag mount cb aerial at the front of the bonnet worked brilliantly. I’ve loved John Deere and CBs ever since :)

Yeah tom is a good positive person but if u take a look around his yard alot of the gear is rusted out and run down. Though he's a dairy farmer focused on his livestock more than his machinery

Good video as always bud, I like that idea of the ratchet strap around the tyre I've not seen or even thought of doing that before, Couple of times Iv'e used the old aerosol can and fire trick but I'm always nervous of doing this as I've heard of some nasty stories. That 3350's going look so much better when she's done 👍🏻 you should maybe do a more in depth farm history video with your dad if he's up for it I think it will be interesting to hear and go down well.
