1:15 , In 2008, in Clear Sky, you get a side mission to rescue trapped Stalkers inside of a Buble Anomaly located to the Center of Limansk, so those voices can come from there, maybe other group of Stalkers are trapped in that kind of Anomaly. Limansk should be in the next DLC along with Abandoned Hospital (you can reach it in Clear Sky and that leads you to the CNPP),along with the CNPP itself, maybe we will get Iron Forest unlocked too.
There's also a quest in Call of Pripyat that has you going around getting readings of different anomalies with the last one being a bubble anomaly that swallowed up an entire Duty platoon, and you can hear sporadic radio chatter from the stalkers trying to find a way out while you are in the area, pretty gnarly to find out that they might've been trapped in there for months even though it had been around a week on the outside due to the time distortion.
The "Flesh larva" as you call it is really a severed Flesh leg. If you look at the dead stalker from the side, you can see it was driven straight through his torso.

Nice camera shots, really adds to the creepy mod! There are so many small details in many places of the zone that are scary as well some funny random ones.
i found out of bound in generator my friend. is quite elaborate place but i think that place is so complete to be playable but turns out the outside is nothing show up on my gameplay. you should look around theres a floating train path and looks like the 2nd dlc is there. good luck hunting stalker

About the radio signal. This is an interesting fake. It's about the USSR drilling the "Kola Superdeep Borehole" in the 70s. They lowered a microphone into it (from this detail alone it becomes clear that the story is made up) and recorded this sound. And it became "proof" of hell's existence. Here's the sound, but in poor quality, this is the one they used as "proof" - ua-cam.com/video/7hhkCA7RPYI/v-deo.html. The sound have been taken from some game.
Music creates its own atmosphere, its own mood. Therefore, by adding background music to the sounds of the game, you kill the atmosphere of the game. Please do not do this. I agree LebowskisMoney but this video is not meant to be gameplay, it's a presentation, there's no real sound to be had coming from what he is showing you, some music from the stalker games themselves is not unfitting. But any extra sounds are not necessary
