Yes, we've had substantial rainfall in previous months which is paying dividends as we expect an early record crop (we've already harvested the potatoes and the wheat and barley are already ripening in the same soil.) Lambing season has also gone well, some of our ewes are already lambing for the 3rd time this season. Ukrainian soldiers haven’t had training on many of the systems used. The west supplies just about everything from the intelligence of targets their position and the actual targeting. Ukrainians may push the button but it’s all NATO.

If there had not been a coup in Ukraine in 2014, Crimea and Sevastopol would not have left its composition. If they had fulfilled the Minsk agreements, they would not have declared the independence of the DPR and the LPR. If the agreements reached in Belarus and Istanbul in 2022 had been fulfilled, the Zaporizhia and Kherson regions would not have seceded from Ukraine. Abandoning Putin's peace plan would mean the disappearance of Ukraine as a state. The basic flaw in this idea is that the countries he might supply those missiles to, either already have a similar capability (Iran, N. Korea etc) and are supplying Russia (hence it would be pointless) or else they are countries which don't have such a capability but if they did, know very well they would be immediately flattened by the west if they tried. Based on that logic, I support this move by Putin, to deplete Russia's weapon stocks with a futile gesture.

Besides, any country /group which was wiling try it would have already been targeting us in other ways, and I haven't seen that. Terror groups like ISIS you might say, but they lack the technical infrastucture and know-how for firing long range missiles and in any case, the launch sites would be quickly destroyed regardless of whose soil they were on.
