Wow! You found some nice Gluten Free options...they can be pricey so I hope I can find some of that for my group (we have a lot of food allergies in my family).

I need to try that pork coating mix, because Shake -n- Bake has gotten expensive! (but we LOVE the perfect flavors, and the pork chops don't get DRY like other recipes).
The 'k' is the ONLY lowercase letter in the Apothecary bottle sign that says "PICk YOUR POISON" @ 2:27! Still like it though, I think it gives it extra CHArACTEr & CHArM!
