Or, better idea if that's still OP. Have two similar, but different items be the unlockables instead. So the shakelight needs something bought from Jeff to start being useful, or the camera needs batteries just like the flashlight. Both shop-unlockables would look like beaten up / worse versions of their Room counterparts, still giving a use to going there yourself or keeping the originals in the Rift.

i beat the rooms in saturday (this week) i finally made it to a-1000, i got the achievement and tablet but roblox was down so it didnt teleport me back to the doors and i lost the tablet, thank you pet simulator X.....

I’m going to be honest here with my opinion, the scanner is underwhelming, it takes 40 minutes-2 hours to get, it’s dropped when you die so if you die you gotta do the rooms again, and it only works for the books and fuses so it doesn’t even get used for most of the game (except for dark rooms) and speaking of dark rooms it doesn’t even ward off screech.
Candle: Goes out when danger is near. Useful placement for any room where light isn't available. Lighter: Gives more visible area compared with Flashlight and Candle. However, fuel depletes faster than these. Flashlight: Lasts longer than Lighter and Candle. It can light the wall or door from distance where flashlight is aimed. Cruflix: Banishes weaker entities to the Hell. Only Figure and Seeker can break out of this banishment. Use these to save you some time when you are in danger. Lockpock: Useful only for unlocking chests or can be used to get into A-X room. Skeleton Key: A key used to unlock plant room or A-X room.
Uh no flashlight is common but not as common as a lighter you have to be lucky to find a flashlight also you have to EXTREMELY LUCKY to find a crucifix if you find it go play the lottery
I'm so angry that you can't keep the scanner, they should make it so when you obtain it, if you beat the game with it, you can get it again for like 1500 knobs, but in that purchased version it has limited battery life and can't be recharged. Same with that gummy flashlight, make it 1250 once you obtain it with a win and be able to use it.

Correction: The Lockpick is considerably more common than the lighter, followed by the lighter, unless you count bandages as an item.
