Same here, also no idea how doesn’t get dizzy or lose balance.
watch his head. It doesn't eliminate the dizzy issue entirely, but it's a technique dancers use to keep facing forward as much as possible during spins. It helps a lot.

At 3:27 he did a very trippy subtle move. Can’t figure it out. His body stays in place while holding the ring but the ring still spins. How’d his arm not get twisted? Amazing!
(from someone who doesn't practice cyr wheel, and could be wrong) He looks like he starts the "spin" with a backwards wrist, and from that, he allows the wheel to move around him until his wrist is twisted the opposite way, giving the illusion that hes floating, when in fact, his wrist is just rotating with the wheel while he stays in one spot.

Hola Diaz, Thanks for your comment! The first thing you should try to do with your wheel is the basic spin: put your 2 hands on the upper part of the wheel and one foot on bottom part. With your other foot, push the floor to make the wheel spin. When you will go fast enough, put your 2 feet in the wheel and try to keep going with the mouvement by staying inside your ring. It take some times at the beginning to really understand how it works but with practice you will get the basic and better. Good luck!!!
