IN MY CASE MINISTRY OF HOME AFFAIRS IS CALCULATING PERIOD OF 285 DAYS FROM THE GRANT DATE OF VISA 14 TH APRIL 2012 WHEREAS I ARRIVED HERE ON 20 TH JAN.2013 AND ASKED TO SUBMIT POLICE VERIFICATION CERTIFICATE FROM MY COUNTRY AS I SPENT 285 DAYS IN INDIA FROM THE DATE 12 TH APRIL2012 WHEN I WAS INDIA. I WAS TOLD NOT TO COME TO AUSTRALIA AFTER 28 TH JAN.2013. THE INTERVENING PERIOD WAS GIVEN TO ME TO GET MY VISA STAMPED ON MY PASSPORT, MEDICAL CHECK UP, CHARACTER VERIFICATION, AND SEEING MY LOVRD ONES.
Hey we had our first s56 ( RFI ) for 485 subsequent entrant visa. Just asking for PTE score certificate again which we submitted same day. Is this a good sign for it to be approved as they didn't ask for anything else? Also do you have any idea on time frame for a decision to be made?
To get a PR... i saw many women . slept or made kid first with guys who had or gonna have a pr. and also catch old aussie guys...after that living well or seperated or if guy couldnt get it...just back to their country together. but to me, guys didnt like me?!? they wanted to young n beauti girls.. n i had to study n work..to get citizen spent lots of money

Migrants who want to become Australian citizen should swear allegiance to Australia (and defend Australia in case of war). Muslims should not be given Australian citizenship as their allegiance is always to the country where the are from. To be an Australian means to assimilate to Australian values and defend the country when you are needed. Will they depend Australia if Australia is at war with a Muslim country!? Never!!
