In my prime I used to be close to an 8. I'm not too entirely sure if he could get fixed with surgery and even if he was able to see success from it, it won't change the DNA he was born with. It’s hard to bring my sodium levels back up because I eat more potassium foods. Someone said sodium is recycled in the body and your body won’t get rid of it if it needs it. I’m so confused, I stopped drinking plain water and only get my hydration from meat or fruit. What would you recommend? In my prime I used to be close to an 8. Goatis I have low blood sodium but I am eating salt yet still feeling dehydrated. I am trying to find one of your videos about salt but can’t. It’s hard to bring my sodium levels back up because I eat more potassium foods. Someone said sodium is recycled in the body and your body won’t get rid of it if it needs it. I’m so confused, I stopped drinking plain water and only get my hydration from meat or fruit. What would you recommend? I get these rashes on my face when I up my salt to increase my sodium but it doesn’t seem to truly absorb just blows me up or dries me out depending on the amount of liquid I intake. So I cut out salt completely, I noticed that I have more of an appetite than before I’m currently 98lb 5’4 female. Severely underweight. My question is does the body hold into the little natural sodium that it gets from meat and fruit? Because sodium is present in very small amounts in eggs or beef for example, and I know they say that the body requires 2,000mg a day so would that be too little or is it being stored? Because it would seem impossible for my levels to go back up at that rate. That daily requirement could definitely just be total garbage too. Any thoughts?
