Two week old kitten was rejected by mother, can't walk or stand, but then this happens.

A neighbor of mine woke me up at 1am because he found this sick kitten in front of his door. It had apparently been rejected by it's mother. My neighbor knows that I take care of stray kittens in my apartment complex. So he brought me the kitten. Keep in mind, I do not have a whole lot of resources and I am on a fixed income. I currently have 4 cats and a dog of my own and am taking care of a cat colony of about 15 cats. I did try to take this baby to the local animal care center, but they told me to return the next day, that they couldn't take her.
When I received this baby, not only could she not walk, but was also severely constipated and dehydrate. Her first few BM's were so rock hard she could barely pass them, and she cried a lot doing so. Now after they wouldn't take her, I started her on antibiotics I had left over from another cat, and she started making progress each passing day. And I'm happy to say, she's like any other normal kitten now 😊🙏. Happy, healthy, and thriving.
