Ingredients (4-5 servings 🍝):
400 g (14 oz) rigatoni
Cook al dente
olive oil
400 g (14 oz) salmon, diced
Roast over high heat for 2-3 minutes
remove from the pan
1 avocado, diced
30 g (1 oz) almonds
salt pepper
olive oil
Grind until smooth
olive oil
3 cloves of garlic, crushed
Roast for 2-3 minutes and remove
Add avocado sauce to the pan
Pasta water
70 g (2 oz) Parmigiano Reggiano, grated
Add pasta and fried salmon
Mix well
✅ Pasta water for a smoother sauce
✅ Add the sauce to the pan and mix everything well
✅ Serve as soon as you mix the sauce with pasta!

Ingredients (4 - 5 servings 🍝):
400g (14oz) tagliatelle pasta
Cook al dente
✅ Tip: For better taste, take equal amount of shrimp and pasta
400 g (14 oz) shrimp (size 16/20)
Salt, pepper, paprika and 1 teaspoon chili flakes
Sprinkle with apple cider vinegar
mix well
4 cloves of garlic, crushed and chopped
olive oil
Roast garlic and shrimp for 2-3 minutes
1 glass of dry white wine
Allow the wine to evaporate and remove the shrimp from the pan
olive oil
400 g (2 cups) peeled canned tomatoes in the sauce
1 tsp chili flakes
3 large handfuls of fresh spinach
salt and pepper
Pasta water
✅ Pasta water for a smoother sauce
✅ Add the sauce to the pan and mix everything well
✅ Serve as soon as you mix the sauce with pasta!
