Recommendation from a senior scratch golfer and 200+bowler. First of all I love your demeanor and concise commentary as well as every shot covered. Great taste showing the other competitors...gives me more of a since of being there. As for technique...Consistency is King! Master that and you can more effectively adjust for conditions. It appears that you are quicker, less balanced, bad timing on your first shot...right foot high, low and all around. On the second shot, slightly slower , more balanced better timing ...right foot lower, more consistently calm. You are a great spare shooter and I think rolling your first ball like your spare ball will develop better consistency. Allow me to introduce you to the 80/20 rule...role with 80% of your capability...this will leave you with relaxed muscles that will perform more accurately. Approaching 100% effort leaves you without a margin of error in your muscles that would otherwise be available to make micro adjustments in the micro second. At this level you will need to roll a bullseye nearly every shot. Never give up and...let the bad shots motivate you to be more relaxed and focused...80% effort. (that's my approach and it has served me very well) You have what it takes to be great in this sport...GO FOR IT BRADY!!! Lady luck will always balance out in the end! GOOD LUCK and HAVE FUN!!!

Brady great bowling talent, congrats on taking on the US OPEN, your two hander and watching you reminded me of video interview of the G.O.A.T., BELMO, he said first years on tour he realized, speed and rev rate, is not always to solution, it is taking what the pattern is giving you, seems to me Brady was using speed and rev rate to conquer the conditions, Brady is far advanced already at his young age in his bowling abilities than bowlers much older and experienced, " the sky is the limit", seems appropriate to use for Brady. Enjoy your young years Brady, several years away from pro tour, don't burn yourself out before you get there. SIMO rewrote records books of being the youngest to............could it be your destiny to rewrite those same record breaking accomplishments.

I know you are an aggressive bowler, even still know when you are forcing your shots, rather than within your wheelhouse, if you are forcing shot, you are not making the 'best shot' that is good for you at the time. I had my eye on your before now, you are amazing young talent, never stop growing your arsenal of making different shot adjustments. I said this before, say it again, don't burn yourself out as a youth bowler, much ahead for you to accomplish, beyond where you are at now. oh I am old man, hahaha, when confused and fustrated, go back to basics, " keep it simple". I am honored you took time to read and reply my message. You are already a champion, need only to keep adding to list of accomplishments, PBA rookie of the year? " youngest ever to _______!"

You kept pulling it inside... and the ball changes from REALITY to the GEM... was the right move... but your line you chose was incorrect...based on your revolutions and speed... You should have been up the track and in with the GEM... and in some shots thats what you did... but you just kept missing inside on the left lane games 1 and 2. Dont let this stuff get to complicated... Sometimes the simplest answer is the correct one. Great effort and job staying tough... I would just use this as a learning experience.
Just curious what GRIT did your reality and gem have on them?
I coach youth bowling... and although I know you have tons of experience... stuff like this only makes you better. We are all just people with experiences... its those experiences that mold us into the people we will become.

What I hope is that You see this message and use the videos of your qualifying as a learning tool. I can't tell You just how many times I've watched either You or Bella, but You both have something in common and that is, when you're not stable at the foul line and stick your finish and stepping out to your right, your games go down the hole.. It's simple to explain to You and what I saw happening.
Watch how many times You released the ball directly into the lane and did not stick your finish and see what the results were.
I don't come in here to see what You score rather to watch what You do naturally.

Happy birthday Brady Branden Mcdonough. I'll write your birth day as 1-31-2008? any time you can BEAT Darren Tang your doing great & there were a couple games you annihilated Darren not just beat him. for me I have learned the MOST from Darren Tang & you Brady PROVED to me I NEED to do the double hand thing with NO-thumb. I didn't understand why 2 hand but still tried it like 10 games, I was doing it wrong. I thought you want to keep 2 hands on the ball even at release but now I have watching you Brady I'm beginning to understand the 2 hand thing. here's my thoughts of it: I KNOW for a FACT the NO-thumb release puts massive spin hook on the ball (the problem is using just one hand to do it you can't bring the ball back far enough to get NEEDED MPH forwards cuz I did it for a lot of games & for months. its massive spin with massive hook) I think the 2 hands are to cock the ball back father to get those NEEDED MPH forwards to control the MASSIVE HOOK & it gives WAY more to work with plus power because of the MPH. thats what I see also when Packy Hanrahan does it. BEST time to try it again is in GLOW ball where its kaos any how. If it turns out well for me this Friday 2-2-24 then I'll do it on league. anyone can see all my open bowling results on Rumble dot com type in The Brooklyn Crusher or FunBallBowler it will show some of my over 200 open bowling videos. I need more ways to bowl in my weaponry any how. Darren Tang PROVED to me there are many, MANY ways to a strike, Packy NOT so much he is a comfort zone bowler & he treats new ways to the pocket as a thereat. Darren Tang treats everything as a CHALLENGE that is the main differences from Packy Hanrahan & Darren Tang. that is also the difference between a GREAT/BEST bowler & meteoker bowler. but Packy is working on it. I like Packy just NOT the comfort zone stuff. the EVERYTHING as a challenge makes WAY more since to me! & NOT just in bowling either! when I say EVERYTHING I mean EVERYTHING! HAPPY 16th Birthday Brady enjoy it!

way too much unpredictable side to side movement when you are moving forward. Overthrowing everything, nobody is going to impressed by your speed at a US Open. slow it down and hit your spot. Especially if you want to attempt lofting at your age and build, cant overthrow the loft, sometimes in order to get distance the only way to do it is to overthrow, you want to actually underthrow and then loft.

What’s the highest you ever averaged in the us open? Did you make it past the ptq? Crickets

You've probably won several PBA tournaments, so you really know what you're talking about. However, you might remember: I'm probably the only one who will read your jerky post; Brady is 15 years old, having a great experience; he's gaining knowledge with every shot; Brady IS a great bowler, holding his own; finally, go away.

Sir is there something wrong with you? You are one of the reasons why bowling is fading. Sports need dramatics. Bowling desperately needs the dramatics. I loved every dramatic movement Brady made after every shot he threw. It was fun, funny, and entertaining. Brady if you read this message keep up the dramatics you are awesome.

@zackmeece4723 your momma and 2 handers suck. 2 handers are just the bowlers who aren't athletic or coordinated enough to learn to hook it one handed with 3 fingers. Not strong enough to cuff the wrist. Lol.

You’re just mad that you’ll never be as good as a 2 hander. I’m 1 handed but I still hang with the 2 handers in terms of scores, it’s all about what works best for the bowler, but clearly you have none of that talent.

Trying to figure out why you moved way left instead of moving way right to the right gutter.
