Hi Fam, appreciate your comments about what I wear, however, it’s not that hindi ako nag prepare :( unfortunately, wala talaga akong makitang coat/puffer jacket that really fits me, yung masasara talaga. Second, as busy as I am, wala na din akong time maghanap dito sa Pinas since mahirap talaga to find one in my size :( Sabi ko nga, sa M Playground lang talaga ako nakakabili ng maraming damit na kasya sakin. So for this trip i just go with that I have.
Makakita lang talaga ko ng coat/puffer jacket na kasya sakin, bakit naman ako hindi ako bibili! 😊
Suggest na din kayo where I can find one here sa Pinas. Loveyou, Fam!
hi jm! about sa puffer jacket last yr we went to seoul ng winter as in -11, - 13. we bought our puffer jacket sa shein. my husband & my son xl sa uniqlo pero may kasya sa kanila sa shein. meron din akong nabili na reversible. sobrang mahal kasi sa uniqlo & maganda din yung quality ng shein. my parents naman got their puffer jacket sa sm surplus pero kasi yung size maliit kaya kasya sa kanila. when we remove the sticker it was from zara & h&m pala. i can share you the link if you want kung saan kami nakabili sa shein.
madami pong winter jacket sa northface and decathlon american and european sizes po ang meron sila kaya sure na mag-fifit sa inyo .
Hi JM, I am also on the large size. Usually maliliit talaga sa Pinas but luckily, I was able to find one in BGC Market Market sa 2/F Tiangge. Hindi mahal. Price Range around 2K - 5K

JM, North Face and Columbia are best for harsh winters. A little bit pricey but well worth your money. Columbia is a little cheaper than North Face but just as good. Yung jackets nila may lining called "omni heat" which is kinda like the concept of heat tech. So not as bulky but generates heat inside. I've used it in Canada at negative 10 and it really kept me warm. 😊 Paddy and I are always here to support you. ❤️

Hello Jm, I'm a subscriber and I really enjoy watching your videos. Just words of concern... you really need to buy a long insulated thick jacket (preferably up to the knee) and not just a wool coat. Wearing a heat tech clothing inside would not suffice . I live in a cold european country where winter sometimes reach 0 to -5C on average. You also need a hat/bonnet that is insulated with fleece, and also winter gloves that is insulated with fleece. The hands are crucial specially when you are vlogging. It can feel numb, to the point of feeling that bones might break. There are gloves that you can use for mobile phones (the 2 fingertips has special touchscreen tips). Kung wala kang makitang ganun, guntingin mo na lang yung 2 tips. At least you are warm. Observe what the locals are wearing. They know. I also watched your Japan vlogs and what you're wearing is not enough. Wool coat most of the time are not enough. Please stay warm all the time. More power to your channel! ❤

Hi JM. Natawa ako sa reaction mo paglabas ng airport😂. It reminds me of our first Christmas Korea travel. Madaling araw nung dumating kami sa Korea. Paglabas namin ng airport ni hindi ko mahila un trolley bag at hindi ko mahakbang un mga paa ko sa sobrang lamig 😂😂😂! There was also a time na paglabas ko ng umaga hindi ako nakapag blow dry ng buhok pag hawak ko sa buhok naninigas un pala nag yelo na..hahahha! What a experienced! 😅
I just remembered na may napanuod ako about airbnb sa Korea na they install hidden cameras. Im not sure what's the purpose pero pinag-iingat lang especially for ladies. But I hope fake news lang yun :)

Been in Korea for winter entour -17 degree😂. Need jacket up to your knees. Layering is important. Used wool coat bought heatpack there

I think kung di ka magpuffer jacket magaling ka dapat maglayering. Like sando, tapos heattech, turtle neck then scarf. earmuffs plus bonet then Yung gloves baka may nabibili yung butas yung para sa fingers para nakakapagtext pa rin. Mala motorcycle driver datingan pero at least functional gloves ehehe. Tapos nakalong socks or leggings before maong pants. Well lamigin kasi ako kaya ganyan ako magprepare ehehe.

Yung mga kawork ko before sa Korea na nag-work din sa Japan, sabi nila mas malamig daw ang winter ng Korea kesa sa Japan.. Yung ganitong season wala pa yung lamig na yan sa Korea, umaabot ang Korea ng -20plus pagdating ng January and Feb.

In-underestimate ko rin yung weather nung first time ko sa SK nung Nov 2017 kala ko like autumn lang sa Japan so I only have clothes for that. Tapos nag-snow! 😭 Learned my lesson and invested in a waterproof winter coat with a hood and learned to properly layer. Kaya a lot comfy na ung sumunod na Nov trips namin to SK. Excited sa SK vlogs kahit short trip lang. 😊

Naver app is king for the Seoul commute! Nung nag travel kami, super dali ng navigation, given pa lahat ng options (bus, train, walk, combi) with time estimate. Can't recommend enough hahaha 🤭

JM ~ you don’t need the whole winter shebang. All you need is a proper wool coat, hooded down jacket, gloves, scarf. Pamatong mo yang mga yan sa layers mo.
Saka mo na problemahin yung boots at earmuffs unless plano mo taun-taunin ang winter trip.
Sa sunod na punta mo ng outlet store bumili ka na ng quality ~ North Face or Patagonia or Columbia. Dedma na sa presyo, onetime investment lang yan. Eh ano ngayon kung tigiisa lang? Di mo kailangan ng marami, kailangan mo lang yung hindi ka mamamatay sa lamig 👍🏻

Koean winter is really cold and harsh because it’s high up the mountain so it’s super lamig talaga. You need complete outfit like beanie, gloves, thermal clothing, scarf, thick jacket and boots. 🥶

Anyway, I strongly advise and recommend…. Please, eat “Bunsik” or any Korean street food like … Odeng, Toppokki… Bunga-Bang…. Kimbap… or any fried foods IN Namdaemun Market. It is beside Myeongdong. Short walking distance. …..
Myeongdong food is 2X or 3X expensive than in Namdaemun Market. Believe me….
My korean family were surprised when we went there just this year…. especially when it comes to street food.
Buying any clothes… accessories… I strongly advice the Myeongdong Subway Basement Stalls….

Hostel tlga afford ko sir JM😅 since i stayed mostly a month sa countries that i visited. Pero i think fare enough yun rate since korea yan and owned mo yun place.
Itong mga ganitong nakakalitong train travel ang isa sa dilemma ng mga traveller. Kaya sobrang thank you kasi itong vlog mo malaking tulong talaga especially sa mga gaya kong hirap din sa mga foot and traffic navigation. Kaya naiiba talaga vlog mo JM sa ibang travel vlogger.

I'm so glad you did a transfer service. So convenient. We also used Arex the first time we went to Seoul. We started using the airport limo bus since it's still relatively inexpensive but still convenient.
3000php for a car service is quite affordable. I might try this this fall.

Hi JM! I was there a week prior ng travel mo and same! Nanigas din tlg mga kamay ko! hndi tlg kakayanin ng walang gloves. Also, sa navigation mas madali ang naver maps! I was able to navigate by myself the entire 7days ng hindi naliligaw 🤭
