You shouldn't. Ancestral Awakening give you a 30% chance and a 60% chance when you crit to duplicate your Healing Wave, Healing Surge, Riptide (not chain heal) at 50%. With correct gear and 4p tier-set bonus you have 90% chance to crit with Healing Surge so a lots of Ancestral Awakening proc. That's way more healing for way less mana. If you need aoe healing, use the free chain heal from Heal Stream X2, Healing Tide, Mana Tide, Downpour.

For totemic build, you don’t use chain heal as your main heal? I do. Am I doing it wrong?
